When we got inside we were greeted by a very friendly woman who asked our names and gave us our room key, she also politely laughed at my other halfs terrible jokes and was very cheery. She gave us directions to our room and then left us to it. Also in reception there were numerous leaflets about attractions in the area and vending machines stocking drinks, snacks and any essentials you may have forgotten such as toothpaste. We booked this Travelodge recently when we were visiting Hastings. We only wanted the room for an overnight stay so we were not looking for anything special. I managed to get the room in one of the sales and paid just £12 for a family room. The Travelodge is situated 20 miles outside of Hastings. The Travelodge was easy to find. We used the sat nav and typed in the postcode, the sat nav hadn't quite said we had reached our destination but the large sign pointed us in the right direction.
