We regularly drive down to Southern Spain where we are renovating a house. The drive is taken over two days. By the end of the first day were are very tired and want a clean bed to sleep in and a hot shower to refresh us. We discided to look at the chain style hotels a we didn't want to leave accomadtion to chance. After searching through the internet we found that Travelodge also have hotels in Spain and more importantly to us they had a hotel in Barcelona where we were planning to spend the night. I booked the room for the four of us and was very suprised to find the this hotel was included in the promtion that the UK hotels were included in. I down loaded the directions which were staight forward. The hotel is located next to an excibistion centre. The check-in was easy as the staff spoke english. We were able to get a meal on site or drive about 10 minutes to and shopping centre where you could get either fast food (KFC or Macdonalds). The room was very clean an most surprising had air condtioning which we really found a plus in August when we stayed. Well worth the 35 Euro paid.

Summary: Great accomadtion for our stop over.
