Never again (Travelodge in general)

I had booked a room for 25th staying until 26th, When i got there, there was an issue where the room apparently was booked for 23rd. The staff had the attitude where they couldn't have cared less despite me having evidence and despite the fact i hadn't checked in on 23rd but was standing there on 25th!!!

They then proceeded to give a brand new room to a customer because 1 wall socket wasn't working out of 6 wall sockets, right in front of me, The receptionist at this point treated me as if i was not there.

They told me it was tough luck and i ended up having to pay £100 at another hotel,

I had already paid £51 for my room, £50 for my taxi, the other hotel allowed me to stay because of the issues, without paying them and they allowed me to pay the next again day as i had no money on my persons for travel, hotels or food.

Because of this issues i then failed to get a contract at a meeting i was supposed to attend on the night of 25th losing me money which i will never gain back

All in all, i had to physically paid out £201 and lost a £8,000 contract!!!

the reply i got again was tough luck.

I would never use travel lodge again and I'll be making a point to let all my customers, followers and friends know of this situation and advising them not to use travel lodge!!!!!!!!!!
