Customer services are worse than useless. They don't respond to emails other than to send a holding reply stating how busy they are. I do wonder why they might be so busy? Perhaps it is the poor level of service that their customers are getting. My problem is that their website rejects all attempts to pay for my booking. I have tried a range of cards and have checked with my card suppliers that they are authorising the payment. This is apparently not good enough for Travelodge for whom my money is clearly not good enough. They were pleased to let me run up phone bills trying to talk to them and then offered to book the rooms at higher cost. Nobody seemed interested in dealing with my problem and now, nearly two months later I think I would rather give my business permanently to someone else. It is a poor business that is not interested in helping potential customers pay it money.
