Newest Review: ... covent garden and a stones throw from the Strand. It is about a 200m walk from Southwark tube station on the Jubilee line, and Waterloo station is also really close. Over this weekend, the Jubilee line was closed so on the Saturday morning we had to walk to Waterloo and it really didn't take long. I recently stayed in this travelodge with my boyfriend during a weekend in London. We only stayed for one night here and it was pretty fine. We chose this (and only stayed for one night) because it was on a deal for £29 for the night. For pretty much central london on a Friday night, I thought this was a pretty good deal! If I wanted to stay the saturday though, it would have cost (I think) £80 and to be honest, I didn't really want to pay that much when I paid so much less than that the night before!
