Newest Review: ... in was simple, the girl told us how to get to our room and gave us our card. She also offered us breakfast at £7.50 per person but we didn't want this. Getting into our room was easy, we had booked a family room and this was very nice and clean. The Travelodge only opened this summer so everything was quite new and fresh. One problem we did have was the duvet covers, one of them had a hole in so we asked for another and this was sorted out quickly and efficiently with no problems. We stayed here last weekend. We were looking for somewhere to stay that was relatively close to Alton Towers but not too expensive. We paid £38.00 for two nights here which we felt was a bargain, it is a 30 minute drive from Alton Towers so not too bad. Newcastle-under-Lyme Travelodge has a central location, because of this the website does warn that you may experience some exterior noise during your stay (it is right on a dual carriageway). When we arrived we found the place easy to find, we programmed the sat nav to the postcode and it said it had reached our destination before we actually had but we just went straight over the next roundabout ...  Read the complete review
