... light snacks. I've noticed though whichever Travellodge you stay in, the rooms look totally identical even down to the colours the walls are painted. So it's difficult to compare them really but the room I stayed in here was relatively clean & tidy. There was also wifi which I found quite useful. Although the place itself doesn't have its own car park, there is a multi storey one which is walking distance away. However this is charged by the hour so the price can quickly build up. You can stay for a 24 hour per...more

Premium Review Travelodge Watford Central Hotel (Watford): Budget hotel in the centre of Watford (233 words)

This Travelodge located in the centre of Watford hasn't been open that long and offers residents the opportunity to stay in the centre for a reasonable price. A bargain break. We booked one of the £19 offer rooms in October due to visiting friends and family in the area. The website booking is very straight forward and allows you to view other hotels close by to get the best location and price for your needs. The room booking is pre paid by credit or debit card and is not refundable, if you are in doubt over your dates and do not want to lose the money then do not book, as there is no way you will get your money back from the hotel. The hotel website states the hotel may be noisy over weekends but we did not experience and noise issues. This hotel is in a central location behind shops like Gap, Primark and Next ...  Read the complete review
