Tune Hotels are a foreign budget hotel chain from Asia, their basis is its a quality room without frills and for a fraction of the cost. I have stayed in their hotel in Liverpool Street once before a few years ago and found it good, the room had no windows, which I choose to stay in as a room with a window was more expensive and I wasn't in there much, just to sleep so felt it'd not matter, I'd also stayed in a window-less room in the easyHotel before and didn't mind.
