interesting comments from jason. again, not sure whether he likes the place or not. in response though, small landings and corridors? they are more than adequate, but you are correct. sorry. we didn't build the place and we are stuck with what we have. and i wasnt aware that the size of corridors is an important factor when booking a hotel. entertainment is a lie? hardly. monday night has a magician on for the kids, and the remainder of the midweek has singers every night. HOWEVER, as is clearly stated in the brochure, all cabaret is numbers permitting. We had a quieter week that week, and yet, we still had cabaret on the Monday and Tuesday, with the latter night the tester to see what kind of numbers we get in the bar. From that point we make a decision on whether to put cabaret on for the remainder of the midweek. The singer for Friday was booked and performed as normal. And what is the problem with me dj'ing? seriously, what does it matter who is playing the music? please, give me a valid reason, and i will cease. It always makes me laugh when people say ignore the pictures, even though the pictures look great. I mean, can this gentleman tell me what is different from the pictures to actually being there in real life? i am open to all and any criticism, and i realise that one mans steak is another mans burger. but please, if you have criticisms folks, please elaborate so, if there is a problem, we can act on it. But again, this seems to be an example of someone who can't speak to us face to face. I would say this, as a hotelier to everyone planning to go to a hotel anywhere in the world; if you have a problem with something, anything, then complain. how can we do anything to remedy a situation if we do not know you are not happy? if there is a problem, at least give us the chance to rectify it rather than have an unhappy break. believe it or not, we are in the business of trying to make people happy, and we would like to be given the chance to do so. we are not mind readers, and if you dont tell us we cant help you.

What? Are you recommending or not??? 4 stars is a 'little' too much if you are not recommending - I think maybe you're trying to be ironic, ok that's fine - but atleast the stars have to be a serious rating.
