Advantages: Great storage aid and microwave cooking utensil
Disadvantages: There are cheaper options available
We have a number of these in the home, some for packed lunches, some for storing Rice, Quinoa and other dry produce which can be then kept in bulk and also for cooking microwaved foods or storing leftovers in the fridge.
Addis Storage containers are easy to use with a rectangular or square shape and a lid which clips onto either side of the container with clear clips, the containers are fairly recognisable being entirely clear but for a blue rim edge.
These are an incredibly handy tool in my kitchen, especially when I make myself a packed lunch for reheating in the microwave at work, these allow my food to stay in one place in the fridge until required and then once it is heating I can just take the lid off and allow the food to heat up.
Products range from 180ml to 8.3l in size, we have a couple of 300ml boxes for packed lunches and storing rice and a couple of litre boxes for storing pasta and cereals, all are easy to open and close with the clipped storage mechanism which is simple and very child resistant.
These products look good, are easy to clean by hand or in a dishwasher and offer easy storage for picnics, work or simply for days out.
The products are available in most decent supermarkets as well as John Lewis, Debenhams and other department stores, the prices can vary but our 300ml boxes cost £6.99 for 2, which I think is decent value as with good care these should last us at least ten years.
They are easy to pile up and store and perfect for making good use of space in an attractive manner without breaking the bank. There are cheaper and more expensive options on the market but these are reliable, look good and have never let me down.
Summary: Reliable and should last for years
