Airwick Mulled Wine Aerosol
Advantages: Smells festive and covers bad smells well!
Disadvantages: Seasonal, and perhaps too sweet and sickly for my liking!
In my bathroom, two air fresheners live on top of my toilet. I have the Asda Smartprice one (already reviewed) which is lasting me for years as I rarely use it, and then another one which smells better (usually Glade or Air Wick) and I do use. A few weeks ago I was tidying my cleaning products cupboard and came across this Air Wick Touch of Luxury Mulled Wine & Cinnamon Apple scented air freshener. I decided that I'd put it in my bathroom in the run up to Christmas.
I'm not sure how much I paid for it (or when it was bought), but my research suggests it costs somewhere in the region of £1 - £2 - you'll probably be able to get it very cheap after Christmas!
This 240ml can (which can be recycled should I ever finish it) looks Christmassy being mainly red, with some green thrown in. There is a picture of an apple and some cinnamon sticks (slightly different from dooyoo's picture). My bottle says "New" on it, however it was certainly over a year ago that I purchased this.
As far as air fresheners go, this looks ok. In contrast to my Spartprice air freshener, this one has the nozzle as part of the lid. I have found in the past that such mechanisms can fail/end up leaking, however this one seems quite sturdy at the moment. This particular can boasts that it is powered 100% naturally (rather than with butane). New Air Wick aerosols "are propelled only by fresh air to deliver a cleaner fragrance experience".
---Using the air freshener---
Instructions for use are to hold can upright, press down on centre of button and spray towards the centre of the room. It doesn't say to shake first, but I do so out of habit.
There are a number of warnings, solvent abuse can kill instantly, keep out of the reach of children, do not spray directly onto surfaces, or onto food (really, why would anyone spray their food with air freshener?!) We are also advised that Air fresheners do not replace good hygiene practices (in case you were thinking that you can stop cleaning your toilet I suppose?!) I understand that these warnings are needed, so make sure you check the can for the others.
---The smell and other info---
The blurb on the back of the can says "Create a dazzling ambience in your home with the magical warming scent of Mulled Wine and festive Cinnamon Apples." I'm not sure I'm THAT bothered about the ambience of my bathroom, and don't tend to spray it anywhere else in the house (although I'm sat in the living room spraying as I write this), but does it live up to the claim?
I feel that this air freshener smells like a combination of mulled wine and apple strudel. Since apple strudel consists of apple and cinnamon, then I feel that Air Wick have got it exactly right. However, although it does smell festive and warming, I also feel that the scent is ever so slightly too sweet and sickly.
This can says that it has been proven to be as long lasting and effective at eliminating even strong odours than previous Air Wick aerosols. This seems like a pretty pointless statement and I don't have any previous Air Wick aerosols handy to compare. I would say that the smell does work well to cover toilet smells, and this one lasts better than some, but not as well as others.

I will continue to use this air freshener until Christmas is out of the way, and then I think I'll put it back in the cupboard to be brought out next year. This can is probably going to last me even longer than my Smartprice air freshener - I reckon at least 5 years, possibly 10! I'm not really decided on whether I like it or not, so think that 3 stars is fair.
Summary: Ok for Christmas I suppose!
