“ Brand: Asda / Product Type: Air Freshener „
As me and my flatmate are both smokers we tend to worry about the smell of our home particularly when we are expecting company of course! You can open windows and things as much as you like, which we do but some mornings you get up and your home really does smell of rancid tobacco no matter what!
My flatmate bought this for the flat and I was more than happy to use it, as long as its not near my hamster...Colin!
300ml light blue cylinder can with an integrated push button aerosol sprayer to the top of it. On the front of the can there is a picture of flowers on there and I am told that it is Asda Blue Lotus & Bamboo Freshening Spray and that it contains odour eliminating technology. On the back of the can other information listed includes being told a bit about the product and how to use it, warnings, cautions and the size is stated and contact details for Asda are listed. Nice enough packaging this is really and of course it is informative as it needs to be.
The Air Freshener:
Well to use this we are simply advised to shake the can very well and to spray lightly into the room to fragrance and eliminate odours. Sounds good so far.....
However I hate spraying this anywhere cos it's a complete nightmare to use! It sprays out thick white liquid and it hits furniture and makes flooring wet/damp. I've shook it well first, sprayed it light/hard all sorts but it just simply makes everything horrible and if you don't wipe it off things then it leaves greasy marks as well.
The smell is ok though to be fair to it. It has a smell of white florals really to it, is rather feminine and once sprayed although sort of light in fragrance it does hide nasty niffs for a good half an hour or so.
However I really don't like this air freshener at all. Although as I have mentioned I don't mind the smell at all for the fuss and mess it creates I shall give it a huge wide berth in the future...and the smell really doesn't linger too long at all!
Only available in Asda stores costing 82p a can.
