A quality shower curtain from great range at Asda.

When it comes to buying a shower curtain I always buy polyester shower curtains because you can wash them in the washing machine. Despite this, I still purchase a new one every year it seems because despite washing the curtain, there will still be the odd spot of dirt or mould which will appear eventually and cannot be removed, particularly along the bottom. When this happens, I thow it out and buy a new one.

I always like to have two shower curtains to use, so that if one is being washed I can hang the other up in its place. My shower is used every day by myself and family and so I often need to wash the curtain.

Last year I bought a waffle material shower curtain which is still being used and washes really well too, so I was looking for something similar having thrown out another shower curtain recently which I used alternatively with my waffle curtain.
I was browsing around my local Asda and I spotted this Turquoise shower curtain priced at just £5 and despite it not being a waffle material curtain, it was still polyester fabric and therefore machine washable and so I decided to purchase one.
I must admit the striking deep turquoise colour was the main factor in my decision here as I thought it would match the teal/turquoise colour of my bathroom walls perfectly. In fact I liked the colour so much I bought a steel turquoise toilet brush from the same range too!

Asda have a range of bathroom accessories available in this shade including the shower curtain and toilet brush and also a bin, mirror, soap dish and towels, mats etc. They also have other colours available too.

The shower curtain appeared to be of good quality when I removed it from its packaging. Rings are included too, although I preferred to use the ones I already have. The eyelets are silver metal, which makes it look quite stylish, although I do wonder if these will rust in time.

The shade of the curtain is exactly the deep vibrant shade shown in the product image here. It was very easy to hang and only took a couple of minutes from unpacking to hanging and it compliments my bathroom perfectly. I love the look of the deep turquoise colour against my white bath and find it easily spans the length of my bath too which is a standard size.

Overall, it does the job perfectly and is easily taken down to wash. It can also be ironed with a cool iron when dry too.
I am very impressed with this range from Asda, it is great quality for the price paid and I am happy to recommend to everyone.

I paid £5 for my shower curtain, but notice they are now only £4 online from Asda direct. I presume they will also be reduced in store too. You can also order direct from Asda and have items delivered free of charge to your local Asda to collect. If ever you do this, I suggest you purchase via a cashback site such as Topcashback and you will also receive a little cashback on your purchase too.
