When me and my friend first moved into our flat we went shopping to get supplies for our new home. A toilet brush isnt something I really get excited about spending my money on, so I decided to go for the cheapest one I could find, which was this one from ASDA. If I remember correctly I think it was about 50 pence for the brush and base - which is a bargain!

The toilet brush itself didnt come in any packaging, it just had an asda sticker and barcode on the size of the base. The item itself is completely white, the base sits on four legs, the brush has a reasonable long handle with a white bristly brush on the end. For some reason the top of a handmade has a small hole in it but im not sure what thats for - a toilet brush isnt something your going to hang from the wall. The whole product together is quite small so it fits very nicely and discreetly behind my toilet out of sight. I use it about twice a week in combination with bleach to give the inside of my toilet a good scrub and rinse and it seems to do the trick just fine. Im not entirely sure what a moer expensive brush can do that this one doesnt to be honest.

I clean my brush regularly with bleach and hot water and it has stayed nice and clean and white. I was a bit concerned it would look a bit dirty with its bright white colour but its stayed nice and clean. I have been tempted since to upgrade to a fancier looking toilet brush but then I remember its just a toilet brush and there are better things to spend my money on!

Overall I would definitely recommend it, its does the job and I have had no problems with it, and for 50 pence you cant really go wrong!
