      Beautiful for scrapbookers everywhere

Bo Bunny in my opinion are one of the most innovative and beautifully inspired manufacturers of scrafting products. Trust me there are some beautiful brands and ranges on the craft market but Bo Bunny out do them all with their sheer beauty and inspirational selections.

For those of you who are new to the crafting world, Bo Bunny are an American brand who produce products for scrapbooking etc and craft hobbies like this. Their ranges retail mostly online and overseas as they don't seem to be easily purchased in the UK. Hobbycraft will occassionally stock the single odd bit of patterned cardstock or paper on it's own and charge about £1.79 for this but even my local Hobbycraft seems to have not stocked anything of theirs for a while. I can't understand this but it seems to be common with a lot of innovative crafting products-I just don't think the whole hobby of 'scrapbooking' is as popular here in the UK. Probably because people don't understand it's beauty and the enjoyment and fulfilment it can provide. I know a lot of people laugh at me when I tell them I scrapbook and I think thats a common reaction to British scrapbook fanatics!

That said I buy all my Scrapbooking supplied online from www.scrapbook.com which I have previously reviewed. They stock every single item that Bo Bunny produces at fabulous American prices which is great for me!

This particular collection pack is for a recent collection that Bo Bunny did called 'Gabrielle'. It's theme is very girlie and combines vintage patterns with butterflies and ornate looking detailing features on every page. The beautiful colours really capture the eye and the imagination. The shades vary from pastel aqua and duck egg shades to pastel corals with printing too. It's a really stunning collection, saying it's utterly beautiful doesn't even begin to do it justice.

The collection packs that Bo Bunny produce are very popular because they combine the base of the range in one purchase. Usually each range that is produced by Bo Bunny will have 12 different 'sheets'. These are 12x12 inch pieces of thick paper which are patterned according to the range. All have the added bonus of being double sided and you get one side with ornate details and one side which is usually more simple, with dots or block colours which usually works wellas a mount for photo's and images or text. The collection pack offers all of these 12 designs but you get the added value of getting two sheets of each design so it's very cost effective to buy the pack rather than single sheets. You also get extras's in the collection pack. You get a full sheet of journalling card paper which basically is one 12x12 piece of card split in to quarters with a mini layout printed on each corner. The idea is you have a beautiful frame ready to mount something or can use it to write text to accompany your page layout. These journalling cards are equally as beautiful and detailed and again you get two of these sheets as each side is different so you don't miss out on anything as one side has to have adhesive applied to stick it. The collection pack also contains one sheet of cor-ordinating cardstock stickers. These feature a full alphabet for titles etc and many different accompanyments like butterflies, swirls, words etc. All which can be added to your page layout to give it depth and detail. And they co-ordinate with the patterns and colours of the range too so they look beautiful.

The collection pack costs $18.99 which is brilliant-say thats approximately £12 here in the UK considering Hobbycraft charge approximately £1.79 for one sheet of the paper then you have instantly saved yourself a huge amount even if you have to pay for shipping! And the cardstock co-ordinating stickers alone cost $4+ so it's a great way to capture the esscence of the range without breaking the bank!

I can't recommend the Gabrielle collection enough if you are a scrapbooker, I've been hard pushed to find a more beuatiful, warn and creative range in a long time and the possibilities for layouts are endless. I know I will really enjoy continuing to create stunning layouts with items from this range for a long time!
