      Advantages

      Disadvantages

      Great for everyday use.

I always have so much going on at work hence I need to jot stuff down to remember and complete, as PA I have my hands in everyting that needs to happen around the office so have to be on my toes at all times.

The Challenge Things To Do Book, is a wire bound 115 page planner. The dimensions are 280 x 152 mm.

On the back of the cover page you can write your Name and other personal information.

      Page Layout:

Things To Do Today - Is the title on every page

4 sub headings below that reads -
      Allocated To:
      Own Use:
      Day:
      Date:

On left hand side of the page you have Priority heading, with a column, followed by a wide section for your notes called "Action Required". At the end of the page on the right hand side there is a last column called "Completed"

The bottom of the page has a "Reminders" section which is roughly 5 lines.

      My verdict:

I like using this book, as it's very simple and doesn't make the simple task of jotting things down hard. The right hand side of the book has the To Do Section and the left hand side has a section called "Notes", which is left blank for you to use as you wish.

What I like about the To Do section is it has clear lines for tasks, for each line can be start of a task, or if your task is longer you can give numbers on the left column for the level of importance.

Once a task is complete you can just tick the complete box on the right hand side. I don't use the reminders section at the bottom of the page much as I don't find a use for it. However the note section is great. It provides a whole blank page for you to make notes or calculation etc, very handy.

The only disadvantage is that if you don't fold the pages back you don't know where you are as there is no page finder, so once the book is closed you can't find where you left off.

I aslo Find the "Allocated To" and "Own Use" section at the top of the page useless. I don't see how this would be used. They should've taken that out and increase the size of the Day and Date sections.

Overall it's great for everday work. The price for the item varies, if you buy from Amazon or other stationary retaliers is around £6.59, however if you order from a stationary supplier and buy 5 at a time it works our much cheaper, so def order from work.
