I am in the middle of swapping rooms with my little sister so currently looking for things to decorate my new room with. I really love everything and anything to do with New York. After browsing Amazon, I came across canvases with New York Scenes on them. Then I saw this Yew York, Yellow taxi cushion cover.

I haven't actually bought loads of things off Amazon, because I'm more of an eBay addict! So I thought I would give it a little go. This cushion is from a company called Ideal Textiles who sell a lot of duvets, curtains and cushion covers.

The lovely photograph of the bright yellow taxi with the black and white buildings in the background, is printed on both sides of the cushion cover. I really love scenic photographs of New York and I think this is a lovely item which can help to add something different to any room.

The cushion cover is machine washable, which will be very handy when it comes to giving it wash. The cushion itself is 17" x 17" (43cm x 43cm). This I found quite a standard and normal size. I also think the size of the cushion is just perfect because the you can really admire the lovely print on the cover.


This item was £3.78 with free UK delivery. I think this price is very reasonable for the item as the cushion is of very good quality and the fabric is of a good standard. I actually thought the price was quite cheap for what exactly I was receiving... but who am I to complain!

I didn't have any problems with the seller and actually received the item very quickly. I also bought another item from the seller and this time I went for a Statue of Liberty cushion cover, which I will also be reviewing!! So because of this I would defiantly use this seller again.

This item is still currently in stock on Amazon and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone who loves New York or just something to add character to their room. There are also print cushion covers which you can get with scenes from London on them.
