The Parker Slinger II is a chunky pen, which isn't a feature I'd normally go for, but this does feel nice in my hand and I can write nicely with. The lanyard is attached to a small cone-like cap which simply clips on and off the pen... whether or not the ballpoint is out (ready to write). Fed up of pens going missing from my desk and having nothing to write with when a customer called, I decided to keep my eye out for a pen I could easily keep with me. I've seen some pens you can hang around your neck etc, but I didn't think they looked great and half of them didn't seem to write great either... Then I came across the Parker Slinger II pen.
