A lovely designed piece, well worth even its full price!

When it comes to Past Times its rare these days that I leave the store empty handed. With a sale on almost every other week over the past few months and plenty of vintage looking things in store which are usually unusual, exclusive and have amazing workmanship to them I'm simply unable to resist lol.

Until I spotted this pretty light pink crystal perfume bottle in the store I had never owned a perfume bottle and actually never thought about owning one either. I was transfixed by the girliness but exquisite nature of this multi-faceted little thing and became a magpie lol!

At the usual price of £14.00 this was actually £7.00 (and still is either from instore or from online which is Pasttimes.com).

I got mine in a burgundy and light green box with white tissue inside to protect it and on the outside in descreet gold writing we are told it is from Past Times. The packaging is very simple but as usual.... quality.

The perfume bottle comes in three pieces of course. You have the light pink, transparent diamond shaped crystal glass bottle of which you dispense your perfume into of course and that forms the base part. For that you get a small pewter piece in which you gently and easily pour your perfume into as it has a small hole to one end of it. The top is round, dented and matches in colour and again is crystal glass and rather chunky. It fits nicely into the bottle though it isn't secure as such and does always need to be stood upright and fits into a shiny silver section which to me doesn't do alot just adds to the overall design of the piece really. Within that lid section is a thin, see through but still sturdy glass dabber that sits in your perfume when its all in use. This is not a spray action perfume bottle of course but one to dip into your chosen scent and to dispence it that way.

I love everything about this perfume bottle to the shape being diamond, the weight is there though it isn't heavy but is heavier that the appearance of it looks so it feels really good quality. It holds a lot of scent, the colour is pretty without being garish and/or in your face and all in all this looks lovely on my dressing table and its also functional too and on a sunny day when the light reflects off it it even gives pretty prisms in my bedroom! Its a lovely piece, robust and as long as I don't drop it too hard it will last me a very long time I'm sure!

      Only available from Past Times.
