      Very helpful

A useful recipe file for cooks that want to get organised, would make a great gift

This Recipe File is designed for storing favourite recipes cut from magazines and for recording your own recipes. There is a conversion chart for weights, oven temperatures and liquids on the inside cover. Blank recipe cards are provided in the binder. Each blank card is lined and has a section for the recipe name, ingredients and method. There is a space at the bottom of the card to record the cooking time and number of servings. Up to 90 recipes can be stored in the 45 clear pockets. There are 6 movable index cards designed to make recipes easy to find. The file has a handy built-in stand so the binder stands upright so that you can easily refer to a recipe when cooking. The cover is laminated and will wipe-clean if you happen to get flour or other ingredients on the cover (as I do!).

If you happen to use all the recipe cards you can order more from K TWO.

This would make a great personal gift for anyone who enjoys cooking. In my case I received this from my mother after I mentioned that I would like copies of my late grandmother's recipes (she was a great cook and I have fond memories of her working in the kitchen). When I opened the file I saw that my mother had added my grandmother's recipes and some of her own, including cuttings of recipes that she made when I was a child. I am adding my own favourite recipes to the binder and plan to hand it on to my children one day (if they enjoy cooking).
