Sainsbury's Plug In Air Fresheners
Advantages: Lovely smell that makes your whole room smell sweet, Cheaper than other brands
Disadvantages: Only 2 fragrances to choose from
I always like my bedroom smelling nice and have always looked at the Glade and various other plug in's. I find the glade plug in's quite expensive although my ex-boyfriend used to have one and they are very affective and you can certainly smell the fragrance that it gives off. I tend to do most of my shopping at Sainsbury's and looked at their range of plug in's. They have 2 different fragrances to choose one, from being vanilla and another one being Linen. I love the smell of vanilla so decided to purchase this one for about £4.00 which I didn't think was too bad.
The plug in freshener comes in a cardboard box and doesn't have all the excess plastic packaging that other plug in's come with. The perfume bottle simply pushes into the bottom of the plug in and you can control the strength of the fragrance by pushing the plastic silver clip up or down. I started the plug in, in between the 2, so it was neither weak nor strong. I simply plugged this into the socket and then I popped out to work for a few hours.
When I came home and walked into the room I could smell a lovely vanilla scent straight away. It made my whole room smell lovely. When I was in my room I did turn this down to the lowest strength of smell as it can smell quite strong and very sweet, sometimes too sweet.
I don't have this plugged in all the time, as I'm not always at home and I don't think it needs to be plugged in constantly. I've never felt the need to push the clip all the way down to the strongest strength of smell as I think it's quite strong enough already without doing that.
You can buy the refills for this which cost approximately £2.18, which I don't think is too bad at all, considering how well these freshen the room. Although there are only 2 fragrances to choose from they are a lot better value than the Air Wick plug in's and refills which I find quite expensive.
I am very pleased with the results of such a cheap plug in freshener from Sainsbury's. If you don't mind the smell of Vanilla or the Linen fragrance they also stock I would recommend this product as it brings a lovely scent to any room. This is not only a fantastic freshener because it smells good but because you can adjust the strength of the smell as well.
Summary: A well priced plug in from sainsburys.
