If you were to ask me what my favourite sticky tape is, I'd have to say that it is Scotch Magic tape. Now let me tell you why.

Unlike your standard shiney sellotape, Scotch Magic tape is a dull matt tape that seems a creamy white colour while it's on the roll, but when you peel it off and sticky it on something it magically (hey I suppose that's where it got its name from!) becomes transparent. Though I must say that it doesn't become totally see through, but it's almost magic!

One of the best features of the tape is that if you are wrapping a present and accidentally stick it somewhere and want to move it, unlike normal sellotape, you can! It lifts right off without taking the paper with it. Despite this it does still have really good stick-ability.

The most common size for the tape is 19mm x 33m and you can buy it from various stationery selling outlets for around £1.50.
