      Very helpful

They are worth it for projects

Stabilo Pen 68: Wallet of 10 Assorted Colours -
available on-line and in many stationary stores I paid around £5 from Rymans in store

The stabilo fibre tip pen is available in 40 different colours, and the ten pack contains:
      31 - light blue, 32 - ultramarine, 33 - light green, 36 - green, 44 - yellow, 45 - brown, 46 - black, 48 - carmine, 50 - dark red, 54 - orange.

The pens have a robust medium fibre tip that will provide continuity of depth of colour and will draw a line that is 1 mm wide. It is perfect for providing intense colour, and colouring in large areas. The ink is water based and as such will come out of some fabrics. (This does depend on the colour as no such luck with the black but the green ink did).

The pens are rounded hexagonal shapes, and on each of the rounded edges there is a white line drawn. I personally find the shape to be very comfortable to use, and the added rounded edges to the shape make them easier to grip for periods of time. The lids are easy to get back on, and they don't do the annoying thing of not pressing into place properly meaning they do not dry out accidentally.

I have found that these pens give wonderful coverage - without being scented and that they last really well. The pens are great fun to use, and don't have scratchy tips to them. They go on the paper nice and smoothly. The nibs are nice and strong, and I have never had issues when lending them to my niece and nephew of them having pushed the pint back in.

I would recommend them to any one - however for children they could be considered to be a bit expensive depending on the age of the child and how much care they would take of them. For me they do loose a star for the cost as similar things are available for less.
