Advantages: good bright colours

Disadvantages: no

I use many fibre tip pens, the brand I have been using recently is Staedtler these pens are available in a good range of 13 colours these are available in plastic wallets of 6, 10 or 20 colours

These fibre tip pens are long thin ones about 12 cm long they have a tip that gives a mark about 1.0 mm.

The fibre tip is encased in a plastic pen which is the same colour as the ink.
Children are well known for sucking and chewing pens and pan lids these pens have a ventilated cap conforming to ISO 11540 and BS 7272-1/2 there is a little hole in the top of the cap) to reduce choking hazard if a cap is swallowed by children..

These pens do make a good bright coloured mark on paper and are ideal for colouring in or writing in colour.
If the lid is left off the pen will not dry out for a few days, handy as I get fed up nagging "put that lid back on when you are finished" These fibre tip pens seem to last quite a time before the ink is all used up .

The colour washes off hands easily and should wash out of clothing fairly easily too , it is a water based using food colourings.

Summary: A fibre tip pen from Staedtler

Good review. I find them expensive though. Much prefer Berol pens if you can find them.
