... wash out of most textiles, which again, is great if you have kids who can't help drawing on themselves or others. When using the fineliners, the ink dries very quickly on the page, which is great if you are doing revision as you can get on quickly, and this is also great if your children are using them as they are less likely to smudge their artwork. All of the colours are exceptionally well pigmented, which is important to me. All of the colours 'pop' on the page. These pens can be used for anything - writing car...more

Staedtler Triplus Fineliner 20 Pack: Fantastic Colour Selection, write with ease (485 words)

Staedtler are a well known, good quality stationary brand, so when I saw these pens on Amazon, I decided to buy them. They were £5.47 for a set of 10 fineliner pens but retail for between £7 and £10 elsewhere. They have a 0.3mm point which is the standard size for fineliner pens. The barrel of the pens are silver whilst the caps match the ink colour of each pen. The colours contained within this pack are: yellow, orange, red, pink, light blue, dark blue, light green, dark green, brown and black. The colour assortment is exactly the same as the Staedtler tri-plus fibre tip pens. The fineliners have a superfine metal-clad tip, an ergonomic triangular barrel but ...  Read the complete review

A Fine Set of Pens (506 words)

I was bought my Triplus Fineliners over 5 years ago as a birthday present from a friend who knew I was into art. Colours The pens come in a range of colours, from black at the very darkest, through the rainbow up to the very light yellow colour. Most of the colours in the set are easily readable as they come out quite vividly, but you may find (and I certainly have) that the lighter colours such as light blue and yellow, will become very difficult to read in bright light, and tend to fade slowly over time. The other colours I have not found to fade at all. Design of Pen The pens are designed in a triangular shape, to aid both ...  Read the complete review

I used to be a gel pen fanatic. I would collect the scented ones, the glitter ones and the highlighter ones. I had a large collection, but hardly ever used them, which meant that many dried up and I became sad. Now being more sensible with my money, but still being attracted to pens, this Staedtler colour fine liner set was perfect. As I do art, this set has proven to be useful for pen and ink drawings. The design of the box is also to note. Being translucent, not only does it showcase the pens in all its glory, the break-open lid can be flipped over to form a stand for the pens, which makes it easy for you to take them out to use. Each pen has a coloured lid ...  Read the complete review

Colourful writing... (513 words)

I have to admit - I like owning nice stationery - it's a bit of an obsession that started at school and never really left me. So when I started studying for a set of exams at work, I used it as an excuse to stock up on some new stationery. I knew what I was looking for - I wanted a range of pens in different colours to aid me with my revision (I'll explain more about that later!) and this particular pack of Staedtler Triplus Fineliners appealed to me because they came in a wide range of colours - you get yellows, greens, blues, pinks, reds, browns - there's a whole spectrum of coloured pens to work with. I bought this pack of 20 Staedtler Triplus ...  Read the complete review

Staedtler Triplus Fineliner 20 Pack: Bold and Beautiful (775 words)

I had been lusting after these lovely fineliners for a while, as I like to use colours when making notes and doing projects for college. There is no doubt that decorating a page with colours helps when it comes to revising and generally absorbing information, and previously I had used just a black pen, a red pen and a highlighter to use on my work. Not having used Staedtler fineliners before however, I was reluctant to pay the £19.00 retail price for the pack. Also, while I was charmed by the vast array of colours available in the pack I knew I would probably not use them all. However, when I saw the fineliners on offer in Tesco in September last year I couldn't ...  Read the complete review
