Tesco Value A4 White Paper
Advantages: This paper is very cheap and good to write or draw on
Disadvantages: It is inferior printing paper
WHAT IS IT?
A pack of 500 sheets of plain white A4 paper from Tesco Value. It is for printing or writing on and the pack I am using is still branded as Tesco Value so I do not know if this product's packaging has changed now that they have introduced their Everyday Value packaging.
WHAT DO YOU USE IT FOR?
I use it for lots of different things but not very often in my printer because the paper is quite thin and I print mainly for work so this doesn't give very professional printing. I use it if I am printing colouring pictures out for my children for vouchers for the shop. I like this paper for writing on because it is smooth and the ink dries quickly to prevent smudging, I often use it for adding pages to my clients skincare records because it does not discolour and always looks pure white. It is the right size to use for writing letters when it does not matter about the quality of the paper.
WHAT I THINK
I like this paper because it is effective as plain paper but is very cheap. My daughters like to draw a lot and I do not mind them using this paper up because it is so cheap to replace and with 500 sheets in each pack it means there is always some for them to use.
The paper is thinner than more expensive paper so printing does not always look very sharp but I keep a higher quality pack for my business printing and use this from Tesco Value for making notes or taking down recipes from television shows. If I am doing something like that I usually draw a margin on the paper so that I can punch holes in it and put it in a folder because the paper creases very easily as it is so thin.
This plain white paper costs about £2.50 for 500 sheets and that is half the price of the paper I buy for my printing. When you open the pack you should be careful how you do it and open along the top of the packet so that you can store your paper in there without it sliding everywhere when you try to pile it up without a wrapper.
4 Dooyoo Stars.
Summary: I buy this very regularly but not for printing on
