My boyfriend bought me a slanket about three years ago now for Christmas, and I love it! I hate being cold, and love getting all cosy on the sofa with this blanket! He has told me he got it from iwantoneofthose.com and paid around £25 for it.

My slanket is a baby pink colour, and it just comes in one size. This slanket is actually a blanket, but you can wear it, as it has long sleeves to put your arms through, and mine also has a pocket on the front! I'm not sure what for though, I have never needed to put anything in my pocket whilst I'm wearing my slanket! The slanket is very very long, when you are wearing it, it is difficult to walk about in it, as you would easily trip over it and it just drags along the floor.

The slanket when wearing it, actually is big enough to wrap around your whole body, which after a few minutes does really make you feel warm, sometimes a bit too warm at the minute, but on really cold winter days I couldn't be without my slanket. It is so big, I put it in my footstool, and can't fit much else in there with it! I have taken this slanket out with me on long journeys to see family in the car, and also when I went caravanning, it kept me so warm!

It is nice and thick, and excellent quality as mine still looks good as new. It is washed easily in the machine, and can be tumble dried too.

Once you have wrapped yourself up in this slanket sometimes it is a bit hard to move about, as I find it a little bit heavy. My boyfriend sometimes covers himself up on the sofa as well as me with this slanket, it is big enough for the two of us. I love how it has sleeves for your arms, so you can drink your cup of tea without your arms getting cold, like they would just with a normal blanket! You can wrap it round your legs and feet and still have some left! I have been to bed wearing my slanket too on really cold nights, it is so cosy! My cats loves to get under this and cuddle up to me, it is so warm. It would be good if this slanket fastened, as if you do want to walk about in it, you have to hold it shut around you.

I would definitely recommend getting a slanket for this winter! They are massive and keep you extra cosy and warmer than normal blankets do!
