Flash with Febreze Lavender All Purpose Cleaner
by jlaker1992
Introduction:
I have many hard surfaces in my flat, with wooden floor and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. I Like to use a decenent product on the floors and all around the house for general cleaning purposes. I first noticed this flash with febreeze when wondering around tesco looking for cleaning products. I liked the idea ... of a fresh scent and I had used many febreeze products in the past and they all smelled great. all purpose cleaners are so handy to have as they can literally be used on almost anything around the house. I will now go into a little more detail on the product.
Price:
I purchased a 1 litre bottle for just over £2, I cannot remember the exact price as it was a few months ago. This price is very expensive compared to other multi surface cleaners on the shelf. The tesco value one is only 26p which means this is nealry 10X more expensive than the cheapest option. However I do think it justifies the price as it works better.
Does it work?
It is a very simple product to use and very easy to use too. When I mop the floor the biottle tells me to add to lid fulls of fluid. I usually only use 1 cap full as it goes a long way. This works very well when moping the floor, it does attack grease and also helps clean up all the marks left from the weeks muddy feet walking about. It also leaves the floor smelling great, the smell hangs around for a few hours and coming home to the smell is very nice. The smell is very strong and you can instantly recognise that it is lavender. I also use this in the bathroom, because it is not very harsh it is perfect for washing down the tops and on the toilet seat. I also add this to a damp cloth and wipe down the wall tiles around the bathroom. It smells great and cleans easy. Its good for window cills too. After I have used this on the floor it looks very clean and sparkles slightly. It is worth paying the extra money for a decent multi-purpose cleaner as a little of this stuff can go a very long way.
Overall:
I would recommend that you give this a try because it is a really good product. My flat looks great after using this. It doesn't have a chemical like smell, it is very clean and fresh like you would expect any febreeze product to. I will be giving this a 4 star rating, it is excellent but I think it is a little over priced. I can not afford to use this everytime because I am on quiete a tight budget. Thanks for reading my review! I hope it helped you out.

Flash with Febreze Multi Purpose Spray
by kissandmakeup
I have used Flash sprays for years and have always quite liked their fragrances, so I have tried a couple of the Febreze ones recently in the hope that the fresh smell will drift round the house!
I firstly used the lavendar one which was a really lovely smell and more recently I have been using teh New Zealand springs one, ... which is a really fresh & clean smell. What I would say (particlularly with the New Zealand one which is quite a bright green) is that I would be very careful with using these on anything which may easily stain. I haven't known them to stain as I'm always very careful but I've noticed whilst cleaning the tops down that the dishcloth turns a vivid colour when using these and so I've been careful not to use them to clean any odd stains off the sofa etc (which I sometimes do with other kitchen sprays!).
I bought a 700ml bottle for £1.50 (though I now can't remember where from) and these and the 500ml bottles are often on offer in various supermarkets.
The trigger spray works well and I do find that as well as doing a decent job of cleaning this product does leave a lovely fresh smell around the kitchen. Great for cleaning the bin or inside the sink, or any other areas that need that bit extra freshening but where you maybe don't want to use bleach. Read the complete review |

Flash Wipe & Go Wipes
by linzeelou
One thing that I really hate is dust in bathrooms. I have no idea where it all comes from or how there is always so much of it. Getting rid of the dust effectively can be a pain, especially if you use a spray cleaner and a cloth - all this seems to do is move the dust around. I have found that cleaning wipes do a much better job and this ... product is about Flash Wipe & Go Wipes.
Being the Flash brand, you should be able to pick up a packet of these cleaning wipes in just about any good supermarket or general shop like Wilkinson's which is where I bought mine from. At the time they cost around a pound which seems to be roughly what you will pay anywhere else.
These wipes comes in a flat, re-sealable packet which is red in colour. The packet has on it the Flash logo, the name of the product and a statement which claims these wipes will not fall apart. There is also a picture of two lemons as the wipes are lemon scented. In one corner of the packet it states that there are 48 wipes inside. However, there isn't. There are actually 24 large wipes which can make 48 if you use them as small wipes. A bit of a lie here from Flash.
The top of the packet has on it a see through piece of plastic which lifts up in order for you to be able to use the wipes. The flap comes up easily and can be stuck back down again to contain the moisture on the wipes. When pulling a wipe out for the first time, you will see that it is a large wipe with perforated lines down the middle which is how you make it into two small wipes. The wipes smell very strongly of a cheap, fake lemon but it is still quite pleasant.
Using these around the bathroom makes cleaning really easy. By breaking the wipe in two, I can manage to clean my sink and around and on top of the toilet without there being any dust left. By throwing one small wipe away after using it, it means that the dust is easily removed and not just put elsewhere which is a feature of these wipes that I really like. These wipes are also really good for cleaning my floor as they pick up the dirt without spreading it around. The wipes do what the packet says and they don't fall apart at all when using them which was great.
Unfortunately though, these wipes are not amazing. I found that I went through the packet really quickly even with breaking the wipes in half. For £1 though, they are still pretty good value for money but there are better cleaning wipes out there. Read the complete review |
