As searched for this product on dooyoo, I was abit surprised to see that people have wrote reviews on this since at least 2012. I thought this was a relatively new product on the market, how wrong I was.
It reads on the back "Thanks to its effervescent Lift-Action technology, it quickly fizzes and removes food spillages in the kitchen and light limescale, soap, toothpaste, makeup residues in the bathroom, leaving your surfaces beautifully shiny."
I am not sure I quite like the word "light limescale". Whats light? A weeks worth left on the shower door? No matter, something that says that doesn''t hold me in much hope. I expect these days something to really cut through alot of deep limescale.
So this cleaner I would say is a basic cleaner that will clean your oven hob, or sink worktop, but nothing major. To be fair, it does this. Its a reasonable cleaner.
The fizz action, you can hear it fizz, but not sure it does anything. It tells you to wipe away after a couple of seconds. It smells fresh due to its Lemon scent. This I think is always a must with cleaning products and just add a nice fragrance to your kitchen or bathroom.
A word of warning, this cannot be used on marble or natural stone or enamel.
It comes in a yellow 750ml bottle with a spray nozzle. A good quality bottle.
The results from this actifizz product do the job, but if you want something that is powerful, I would recommend something else. This is good for a general purpose, keeping things clean. But if you have stubborn stains or limescale then get something else.
Actifizz was half price at Tesco when purchased. 1.30UKP
Cif has a great reputation for its cleaning products. One of my favorite products at the moment is the Cif Multi purpose Actifizz.
When I first saw the Cif Actifizz the first thing that captured my eye was the bright yellow packaging. I have always been pulled in by cleaning products packing, how weak of me! Another reason for opting for this initially was It mentioned that it was a lemon scented cleaning product. Something I always choose when picking my cleaning products, I should probably opt for a different scent once in a while! I didn't even realize it was Cif until I got home! That just shows how much the bright yellow packaging stood out to me. I do normally notice brands. How strange!
The Actifizz varies in prices depending what offers the supermarkets do. I have purchased this at £2 before, However it does usually cost around £2.75 when it isn't on offer. The product comes in a 750ml bottle and it does last me a fairly long time. However I must add I do use other products with this so that might be why.
I love pump action sprays, I am quite lazy with bottle lids so ensuring it has an easy to apply spray action bottle is always a good thing for someone who seems to find the idea of opening a lid and applying a too arduous task! Shameful!
I store this product in my kitchen and that's where I use it everyday for the work tops and the cooker if the cooker isn't in too much of a bad state, then I use the Cif cream which seems to work much better on it. I do use this product in the bathroom too which I use to clean the sink, bath and the sides down. Most of the time I use the Cif floor cleaner for the floor. But sometimes I do use this when I'm removing a stain off the floor. Saying that it is multi purpose so I could use this on the floor all the time, I have just fallen into a habit of using the floor cleaner now with a bucket of hot water.
The smell of this product is quite strong. I have to often open the windows because it makes me choke but I do think I apply quite a lot of cleaning product when I clean so that could be maybe why.
Overall, this product is great for cleaning and I will continue to buy it as I do feel like it cleans my kitchen and bathroom well. It does seem to last me a long time too which is always a good thing when you are trying to save the pennies!
Cif Multi-Purpose Actifizz Lemon Spray - bought from ASDA for 2 for £3
I got this product in two different flavours, and the lemon one cam in a 750ml bottle. I do tend to buy different brands when they are on offer - however Cif is probably on of my favourite brands in the bathroom as they leave the area not only clean but smelling fresh.
This product apparently has 'fizzing technology' I have no idea specifically what this is, or what is supposed to make it happen but I can say the product does clean well and leave all of the surfaces in my bathroom nice and sparkling clean. It cuts through grime and build up of gunge (I'm a fan of bubble baths) easily and quickly. I tend to spray everything like mad leave it to soak for a minute or so and them wipe. For me this is an effective way to clean with this product, and it requires little elbow grease. (My house however could never get on how clean is your house it's not that dirty)...
The bottle is a little larger than many others and for the price I paid for it it lasted well, and was an effective effortless (well as effortless as any cleaning is) product to use. The lemon fresh scent was nice, but not overpowering, although it was a little synthetic. It left my bathroom smelling clean and lasted well. It does affect the sensitive skin on my hands sometimes, especially if I have a cut or they are dry to begin with.
I would highly recommend this to any and all as it really was a fast effective cleaner to use.
Cif is a popular range of cleaning products produced by Unilever.
The Actifizz Multipurpose cleaner is available in two fragrances - lemon and ocean. I will be discussing the lemon cleaner.
This multipurpose cleaner is suitable for use around the home including bathroom and kitchen surfaces. It promises to eliminate 'everyday dirt' from surfaces and leave them clean and shiny. This cleaner features an 'actifizz' formula which penetrates dirt fast, allowing it to be quickly wiped away with a cloth.
Like most multipurpose cleaners, Actifizz is presented in a well designed, yellow bottle. The bottle is transparent and features a spray top with an on/off twist nozzle. Any required product information and recommended usage images are printed on the bottle.
A 750ml bottle retails at around £2.00 - £2.75. Asda and Tesco both stock this cleaner.
I like to try new cleaners when I spot them on offer. I quite like the Cif brand so when I spotted a bottle of Actifizz for £1.37 in Tesco recently, I snapped it up. I rarely pay full price for cleaners hence why I buy different brands. I felt £1.37 for a bargain price for 750ml. I have been using this for a few weeks (and also using up a few other bottles I have) and will definitely repurchase when it is on offer!
The bottle is very easy to hold and spray. The first time I used this spray, I think I overdone it as I didn't expect how effective it was going to be! A quick spray results in a foamy liquid being sprayed over quite a large area. You really do not need much of this spray on each surface as a little goes a long way - very cost effective in the long run! As soon as the liquid makes contact with a surface, it fizzes away and this is very evident. It doesn't simply sit on the surface like most cleaners and it was quite a novelty at first!
This spray is highly scented and possibly moreso than many cleaners I have used. It has a very zingy lemon scent which is fresh but a little overpowering especially if I am using it in my small bathroom. I would recommend opening the windows when using this cleaning spray. I mainly use this in my kitchen on the work tops, around the sink area and on the hob. I occasionally use it in my bathroom in the shower and around my sink taps.
Performance wise, this spray is excellent. With some cleaning sprays, the surfaces need to be sprayed and left the cleaner left to work for sometime. I can pretty much wipe away this cleaner within seconds of spraying it. I use a slightly damp cloth to wipe over the surfaces and any food marks or soap/handwash scum wipe away effortlessly leaving a beautifully clean surface.
This spray works wonders on my hob. At the weekend, my fiance made spaghetti bolonaise and made quite mess. I didn't realise until later than evening and the splashes were practically stuck on. I sprayed some of this on and it fizzled away into the food splashes. After 10 seconds, every mark came off with a quick wipe - very impressed as I didn't need to put much effort in at all. I normally buff the surfaces with a dry cloth after wiping them and this brings the surfaces up shiny and the taps come up sparkly which I like. The lemon scent calms down a little and leaves the kitchen/bathroom smelling fresh and clean.
This spray is excellent - it performs so well. I don't mind using a regular cleaner to freshen up my surfaces but for dried on spills of food, this is perfect as it fizzies into action and takes care of the stains. My bottle is lasting incredibly well despite regular use and this is one of the best cleaning sprays I have used recently so I will buy it again. I didn't experience any irritation to my sensitive skin.
Thanks for reading :)
When it comes to cleaning products, I like to buy products which smell fresh and not too much of bleach however I tend to buy whatever is on offer when I visit the supermarket. The last time I went to Tesco's, they had a promotion on Cif Actifizz
There were two different fragrances available, Ocean Spray and Lemon, not having a clue what Ocean Spray was like, I opted for the Lemon version.
The product comes is a yellow plastic bottle with a spray action top.
*RRP & availability*:
750ml bottle costs about £2.75
*How to use:*
Set the nozzle to spray and spray on the area you want to clean, leave for a couple of seconds and then wipe away.
Cif state for best results wipe away with a dry cloth.
The product is suitable to be used on ceramics, stainless steel, plastic, chrome and enamel. I have used it on all these with no problems.
Although I am not 'blown away' by this product, it did what it should and has cleaned my kitchen, bathroom and the dining room table. It cleaned them all to good standard and didn't leave any streaky marks when it dried.
The lemon fragrance is quite subtle, however just enough for the kitchen and bathroom to smell fresh (and enough for my other half to notice I had been cleaning!).
I am not sure if the Actifizz element actually works, to me, the spray just looked like I had shaken the bottle before I sprayed meaning it had lots of bubble in.
I would buy the product again if it was on offer, but I think there are similar products available for less which money which is why I would give 3 out of 5.

Thanks for reading.
I have been buying budget cleaning items recently to save some cash, but I am gradually finding that this is not cost effective; the main 2 problems being that cheaper own brands tend to 1) run out faster and 2) have pump sprays that don't work very well.
Therefore this week when I needed to buy kitchen spray, I decided to fork out for a bigger name brand.
This Cif Multi Purpose Acti Fizz Lemon Spray caught my eye because it was in a bright almost fluorescent yellow bottle. I like lemony smells and the packaging made it look like it might smell fresh and zingy. While I did grit my teeth at the price, £2.75, this comes in a 750ml bottle so my hopes are that it will last me for a good few weeks.
On the bright bottle is the green Cif logo and the product's name. At the top is a white pump action spray. The bottle is very chunky and sturdy. It looks and feels powerful so my immediate impression was that this would be a very effective cleaning product.
As this is multi purpose, you can use it in any room for general everyday dirt - primarily the kitchen and bathroom. I bought this for use in my kitchen as it was due a really good clean as I have been doing a lot of cooking from scratch recently.
To use, you simply spray on the surface and let the 'fizz' do its job. To be honest I didn't notice any particular kind of fizz. It sprayed onto my kitchen surfaces more foamily that the Sainsbury's own brand spray I had been using previously, though. The pump spray was very powerful so a few sprays of this covered a large surface area in white, foamy spray. My main bugbear with sprays like this is when the pump action spray doesn't work; with Sainsbury's own brand even when the bottle was over half full, I had to squirt and squirt until something eventually came out of the spray.
The spray smells like generic cleaning product with a hint of lemon. It wasn't lemony enough for me, but it certainly does smell strong. I went upstairs after using it and as soon as I came back downstairs the smell had filled both the kitchen and the living room. Personally I like this as it makes the house seem spotless.
I left this to work on my kitchen surfaces, draining board and taps for a couple of minutes. I then wiped it off with a damp cloth and was left with perfectly clean and shiny surfaces. I was most impressed when I used this to clean the hob; I had made a pot of soup so the hob was quite dirty. This spray cleared off all the spillages easily and made it nice and shiny.
Cif say you can wipe this off with a dry cloth for shinier results; however I would much rather use a damp cloth as I think it cleans better - and the shine is good enough anyway in my opinion.
I also used this for my kitchen windowsill, door, drawers and cabinets. It left everything spotless. I also used it inside the microwave and on the microwave plate, which gave those a much deserved clean.
Next week I am going to use this in the bathroom as I think this would be a great spray for cleaning inside the shower.
Because each spray covers a large surface area, I feel this product will last for a long time. I will definitely buy this again, money allowing. It is effective, fresh-smelling and versatile.
Cif advise not to use this on marble, natural stones, painted wood or old enamel.
Having seen the television advert for cif actifizz (the one where Cinders does get to the ball), I was impressed with the claim that it will just fizz and lift even the hardest of stains. Anything that can reduce the amount of hard work and elbow grease that goes into cleaning my kitchen (the hob imparticularly) is always of great interest to me.
This product was launched in 2008 as the first multi-purpose cleaner to use effervescent technology - this was surprising to me as it had only really come to my attention in the last year. It is available in this lemon spray and also in an ocean fragrance and is recommended for use in bathrooms and kitchens. It works by trigger spray and you spray directly onto the work surface, where the liquid fizzes on contact, especially when sprayed onto dirt and spillages. This is visible and makes you feel like it must be doing a good job.
The bottle is designed as pictured above and is easy to hold and use. The trigger is not too stiff, as I have found with some such cleaners. The spray is easy to direct and apply to patches of dirt etc. I sprayed this onto my work surfaces and wiped clean with a damp cloth. The fizzing wasn't as violent or as pronounced as I had expected but you could see the liquid foaming slightly. It dis work effectively to lift any dirt and meant that I did not need to rub as hard to remove dried on patches of food etc as I would normally. The scent was also lovely, citrus fresh and very lemony without being chemically. This scent remained in my kitchen for several hours after cleaning too, which is a real plus for me as I like visitors to feel like my kitchen is clean and hygienic.
Where I felt this spray was most effective was on my gas hob, which often has dried on stains where pans have overboiled or food has got spilled. This really worked to break them down and they were easily lifted off with a wipe of a cloth. The hob was left clean any shiny without much effort.
The only downside for me was that, after wiping off the surfaces, the surfaces dried to feel a little tacky. This implies that I need to rinse the product off a bit more and it's not as simple as just a quick wipe to remove - adding time to the job. I picked the spray up for £2.75 for a 750ml bottle, which is a little on the pricey side, but the bottle does last a long time. However, I have seen this on offer for around £1.75 recently which I think is great value.
I bought this at the weekend from Tesco as part of their current 3 for 2 offer - see below. I trialled this yesterday and was quite impressed with the results. The spray has a nice lemony fragrance as you would expect and this is still pleasantly lingering a little as I write. It also works well as a jack of all trades in removing stains although is found a little wanting with tougher propositions. For instance it took a little more personal input with a heavy duty scourer to remove some resilient pasta sauce that I had purposefully (honest!) left on the hob. That said it tackled most stains and spillages with aplomb. It worked nicely in the bathroom, cleaning tiles, bath, sink, and toliet bowl and cistern well -to the eye at least. The resulting fizz of the product name is quietly reassuring as it works its magic to leave a nice clean sheen after wiping over. So this is a good general purpose cleaner but I would leave it to something more powerful for tougher stains. I bought this 750ml bottle as part of a 3 for 2 but it would normally cost £2.79.
***PLEASE NOTE: AT THE TIME OF WRITING THERE IS A RANGE OF CIF TRIGGER SPRAY CLEANING PRODUCTS ON 3 FOR 2 OFFER AT TESCO UNTIL 24/08.FURTHERMORE YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE DOUBLE CLUBCARD POINTS ON THESE ITEMS***
I do not mind helping out with the cleaning chores around my home, I like a nice fresh smelling home and since I have pets, the home can tend to get a little stale sometimes if I have been out for the day and so using nice smelling product can help reduce the smell and make it much fresher.
I have been using a lot of the lower brands of cleaning products since I have been on a lower budget and buying the branded ones when they are on special offer and this one was on offer recently at my local store and so I thought for the low price of just £1 for a 750ml bottle for a branded one, it was a bargain and it saved me some money too as it is normally well over double that price and so it made sense to buy it.
It comes in a plastic bottle with a spray trigger top, and it is very easy to spray onto worktops in the kitchen and spray onto the sink and I have used it on my bathroom sinks and onto the taps and inside the bath and shower spray and also on the tiles and it cleans them nicely and the results are perfect with a nice shine when I buffed the taps after use.
It tackles and removes all of the grime, dirt and grease from all of these surfaces and it is a nice liquid foam , the foam is white with a lovely fresh lemon smell, which is quite strong and the smell lasts for quite some time and the room it is used in smells nice and fresh..
It is very easy to rinse of the surfaces to leave it nice and clean and kills all of the germs, and I have used it on my patio furniture and they are nice and clean too.
This is a multi purpose cleaner and so it is very versatile and can be used for almost anything you want to clean around the home and outdoors.
A little does go a very long way and so a lot is not needed with this one as it foams and blends in very well in my opinion.
I spray it onto the surface and often leave it for awhile to tackle those dried on food spillages that are on the kitchen surfaces after cooking and it softens them to remove more easily.
I do highly recommend this spray product to anyone to give it a go as I do not think you would be disappointed at all and for the special offer price it is a bargain for a well known brand.
I rate it 5 stars.
Thank you for reading my review.
Summary: good price for good cleaning spray
I love cleaning my home, I like it to smell nice and fresh as I have pets and it can sometimes the home and can smell not so good, and I never let my pets into my kitchen work surfaces for hygienic reasons.
I sometimes buy the lower brands of cleaning products but when they are on offer I stock my cupboards as it makes sense and save money at the same time.
I saw this product for only £1 for a 750ml bottle recently from Sainsbury's, the usual price said it was £2.67 and so I had to buy it, in fact I bought 2 as it was extremely good value not to.
It comes in a spray type of plastic bottle with a trigger top, and it can easily be sprayed onto worktops, sinks, bathroom and kitchen taps, inside showers and baths, tiles, basins and lots of other areas that you can clean.
It removes all dirt and grime and the yellow liquid foams after it is on the surface of the place that is being cleaned, the foam is white and it smells of very strong lemons, it works a treat and everything comes up sparkling clean and fresh.
It is easy rinsed and leaves a shine, and leaves a fresh fragrance for awhile.
Of all the products I use for cleaning my worktops and sinks, this brand is my all time favourite and whenever I can buy it on offer I always do.
The good thing about this multi purpose one is that it can do bathrooms as well as kitchens as some are designed just for separate rooms, although I do use the other Cif spray for my bathroom too and I rarely buy the bathroom one as it does the job perfectly so I do not think there is any need.
A little does go a long way.
It is best to spray and leave on for a few seconds and then rinse thoroughly and when used on a sink I just buff it with some kitchen roll and it sparkles.
I recommend this product to anyone to try if they have not already.
I give it 5 stars.
Thank you for reading my review.
Both me and my friend love cleaning and currently being on holiday with each other and four dogs we constantly seem on the go to keep our living quarters clean and tidy at all times.
My mate purchased this the other day priced £2.49 in Sainsburys and we've been using it ever since!
Bright yellow see through bottle that has a clear and silver plastic push button trigger to the top of it that you can securely twist on/off to open and close it. On the front label which is light green I'm told it is Cif Multi-Purpose Actifizz Lemon 'With active fizzing technology' and that it removes all kinds of dirt, has a fresh fragrance and is suitable to use in the kitchen and/or bathroom and that according to Which readers is a best buy. On the back label there are pictures of kitchens and bathrooms on there and we're told a bit about the product and given instructions on how to use it, warnings are listed, size is stated (which in this case is 750ml) and contact details for Unilever are given (the manufacturer of the product) are listed. Nice informative bottle this is and easy to handle as well despite this actually being a rather large size.
A Bit About The Product According To The Back Of The Bottle:
Cif Multi-Purpose Actifizz with active fizzing technology quickly and easily removes everyday dirt in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Cif Multi-Purpose Actifizz contains natural extracts and leaves a fresh fragrance around your home, as well as surfaces that are spotlessly clean. It's suitable for use on a wide range of surfaces throughout the home such as worktops, sinks, taps, tiles, basins, baths and many more.
Instructions For Use:
Spray onto surface. Leave to act after a few seconds and then rinse thoroughly. For best results dry the surface after rinsing.
Us Using It:
Well like I said previously me and my mate, since purchasing this haven't stopped using it! It's really great stuff! It sprays out of the bottle with ease and is a wet yellowish coloured thin liquid. When sprayed onto a surface and left for a couple of seconds it gently fizzes and turns into a thick white lather which really means you only need to squirt a minimal amount onto things to get results.
We use this in out small bathroom which has a plastic shower tray and plastic toilet and walls. We also have a small vanity area with a sink and then we have open plan caravan with kitchen units, a hob and a sink etc. We actually use this spray over anything and everything dirty and/or grubby looking and prefer to use this on polished surfaces (we do have wooden tables and things) rather than a spray polish to lift up dog hair (as there are 4 hairy mutts with us after-all lol!) and find it really does work for everything!
On plastic it fizzes up and then you wipe and if it doesn't lift up grime and that immediately give it another few seconds and try again. It lifts up dirt with ease though leaving no greasy residue behind it even after simply wiping it and not rinsing it. The smell of this is heavily but fake of lemon and I find if I use to much of it, it does make me feel a little bit nauseous which is another reason to go easy on using it as less is more in my case!
It simply cleans everything we need it to and like I say we use it on wooden surfaces as well and once again it doesn't leave smears behind it but really does freshen and clean everything up in one simple sweep. The only place I've found that this can't be used is on glass, see-through plastic and windows which this really isn't suitable for at all. Everything else it works on a dream and the smell fades within a few minutes and all in all we rate this very highly indeed!
Available in all good supermarkets etc.

Cif Multi-Purpose Actifizz is powerful stuff - at least that's what the product wants you to think. On contact with the surface, it reassuringly fizzes into action cutting through grease and grime effectively and efficiently. When it comes to cleaning the kitchen, particularly the hob, Cif Multi-Purpose Actifizz really is the business. A couple of squirts to disperse the magical liquid will lift cooked on food stuffs and disperse the grease making it easy and effortless to wipe away. The product is multi-purpose and is perfectly suited to cleaning the bathroom and most surfaces also, the exception being stone and enamel.
If there is one thing that lets this product down, it is the slightly overpowering smell. On first application, the lemony scent is fresh and welcoming however it does linger. After awhile, particularly when undergoing a thorough clean, can become overpowering and has on occasions given me a coughing fit. I therefore advise using sparingly!
I'm one of those people that don't think my kitchen and bathroom are clean unless I can smell the bleach, and many products don't do this for me! After using god knows how many different bleasches, I thought I would try this one for a few reasons. The main one being that it can be used all over your home (rather than having different bleaches for different parts of the house) and the second reason I tried it is because I had not used it before!
The product is in a plastic squirty bottle and holds 750ml. As with all other bleaches, it has a nozzle on the top to turn on and off (a child freindly bleach if you remember to turn it to 'off'! It states on the bottle that the product contains natural extracts which is always a plus, and that it leaves 'a fresh fragrance around your home'. This didn't really excite me too much as so many products say it, for me to find out that its not true!
~Directions for use~
Just like your normal bleach, you turn the nozzle to 'on' and spray directly onto your work surfaces, leave for a few minutes then wipe away to your hearts content! It does say that for best results you should dry the surface after rinsing but I have never done this. If you hold the bottle about 30cms away from your surfaces it does cover quite a large area so theres no need to spary like a lunatic! It also sprays on as a liquid but within a few seconds it bubbles slightly showing the 'actifizz' part of the product.
This product leaves the room with a strong bleach scent with a hint of lemon, making me happy that my kitchen and bathroom is clean! If you don't really like the strong smell of bleach, then this product isn't for you.
I bought this from Morrisons supermarket. A 750ml bottle cost me just over £2 which I think is quite reasonable for a bleach that can be used in the kitchen and bathroom. Otherwise you'd be paying £2 for a kitchen bleach and £2 for a bathroom bleach.
Having just done a quick google check, this bleach has been rated as the highest scoring bleach for the kitchen and bathroom out of all-in-one cleaners, scoring 76%. A good bleach that I will carry on using. I found one at last!!
Cif Multi-Purpose Actifizz is available in two scents; lemon & ocean and here I will review the lemon spray. The spray is provided in a plastic bottle which is yellow in colour (for lemon of course) and has a white & grey screw top trigger action spray for ease of use. Once the bottle is finished with you should be able to remove the top and recycle the bottle in your usual manner.
To use this spray simply spray it on to the area that you want to clean and it will fizz up quite a bit and get to work on those tough stains straight away. It is suitable for use in bathrooms & kitchens as well as miscellaneous other places around the house such as worktops, sinks, taps, tiles, basins, baths and much more. It's worth me mentioning that we used it today on a laminated desk which had several months worth of tea, coffee & various drink stains on it and once it had been left for just a few seconds a quick wipe with a dishcloth (dry when we started) and a little bit of elbow grease removed all of the stains fast & effectively. To use this in the bathroom or kitchen simply spray on & then rinse thoroughly, it states for best results to give the area a dry afterwards & this should help it to look nice & shiny. This does bring up taps and baths lovely and makes everything very shiny if you follow the instructions provided above.
A 750ml bottle of this is available for £2.47 from Tesco stores or www.tesco.co.uk and I think that this is a perfectly reasonable price for a product that is going to last a number of months while being used a couple of times a week.
It's very simple to use and the lemon scent is definitely there amongst all of the other ingredients but it is not very strong, just enough to make things smell nice & clean close up.
Now I do have one HUGE complaint about this product and that is that on the end of the trigger there is a cap which can be turned. Two ways are to 'STOP' the spray and two are to 'SPRAY' the spray, however, I turned it to stop and pretended to Tom that I was going to spray him with it and it gave him a full blast all over his clothes (no damage was done thankfully!) I then went to the sink and tried both of the STOP nozzles only to find that it still continues to give a half squirt so I have promptly fired off a complaint to Unilever about this.
The product itself is very good & providing you keep the bottle out of harms way then I see no reason why you shouldn't use it, however, because of the issue with the trigger stopper I am going to rate this product 4/5.
Up until recently I used the cheapest bathroom cleaner I could find, that was until I discovered Cif acti-fizz!
I have always enjoyed cleaning the bath and sink, when I was younger and lived at home I always asked my mum if I could and she willingly let me....strange child you're thinking.
Well I am now a grown-up (apparently) and have my own bath and sink to clean and still really enjoy it!lol...strange adult you're thinking!
Cif Multi-purpose actifizz lemon to give it it's full name is a cleaner for bathrooms and kitchens, I have an a different cleaner for my kitchen so use this only in my bathroom.
It's a nice looking bottle, just as in the pic above, the bottle is not solid yellow but transparent yellow plastic.
I bought it first when it was half price at Sainsburys 99p reduced from £1.98, I have since bought it from Wilkinsons where it costs around £1.50 full price. The bottle is 750ml.
'Active fizzing technology' is what makes Cif actifizz unique! Apparently this 'technology' works quickly to dissolve dirt and grime around the house, no hard work or scrubbing for you.
Intructions for use: Spray onto surface, leave to act for a few seconds and then rinse thoroughly.
It really is as simple as that, every mark on your bath wipes straight off, your taps end up sparkling....perfect!
I of course loving this chore do always have a little scrub with a sponge around my taps and plughole to make sure they are absolutely pristine!
A bottle lasts me around 2 months, I clean my bathroom at least twice a week so £1.50 for that long is good value I think.
The lemon smell is nice and fresh, it does warn you not to breathe in the liquid though so don't sniff it too hard!!
Do not use on painted surfaces.
Do not use on natural stone such as marble or granite worktops or tiles.
Keep away from eyes.
I also find most bathroom cleaners contain a mild form of bleach so be careful not to get this on your clothing. This is never a problem for me as I always clean my bathroom in the nude, lol don't ask why I just do. In fact I do most of my cleaning this way, must remember to close the blinds first though!!
I have very sensitive skin and don't bother wearing rubber gloves (or anything else) when using this and it has never irritated my hands.
It also doesn't leave any residue in your bath so when you have the first bath in your newly cleaned bath you won't be bathing in Cif!
Highly recommended for sparkling clean bathrooms.
**I can be hired by the hour for any cleaning chores.....** ;)
