I can be a little bit of a hygiene freak and usually keep a bottle of Dettol Antibacterial Surface Cleaner Spray in the house handy for cleaning up around the kitchen and after kids.

This spray claims to kill 99.9% of bacteria on surfaces which is great as it is good to know what you are using around your house is efficient and keeps everything hygienic. This spray is safe to use around cooking surfaces, I use mine on chopping boards and just generally on the worktops and table, it doesn't smudge and cleans my worktops up brilliantly.

There is no bleach in this spray, so it is also safe to use around baby high chairs and changing mats, when I worked as a waitress, we always used this spray to clean the baby high chairs and it always cleaned them up brilliantly.

I have found that this spray has a very faint fresh smell to it, apart from that, it is basically odourless and the smell of it does not linger for long after it has been used for cleaning.

To use this spray, I spray a little on the worktop or the surface that I want cleaned, and then wipe over it with a damp cloth, it is really easy to use and it does not take much spray to freshen up a surface.

You can buy Dettol Antibacterial Surface Cleaner Spray in Asda for around £1 from memory for a 500ml bottle. I think that this is quite a good price as a 500ml bottle is used often and lasts quite a while in our house and I find that I only have to buy it every month or so.

Overall I think that this is a great spray to use in the home. It kills 99.9% of germs and is really easy to use and is bleach free. Also I have found that it cleans up different surfaces in my house rather well. Overall I would give this spray 5 out of 5 stars.
