Fairy Apple Washing Up Liquid
Advantages: Creates lots of bubbles and cleans very well indeed.
Fairy washing up liquid is a favourite of mine, I love the different varieties Fairy produce. I know when I buy a Fairy product that it is usually always going to be good quality and worth the money. I buy this one quite a lot.
The liquid comes housed in a clear plastic bottle with a flip back top. The liquid is a bright green gel looking liquid inside the bottle. Quite fresh looking too and looks nice. It is a very rich textured liquid which is also quite a rich consistency, so it doesn't drip from the bottle. Quite handy when my grandchildren wash the dishes while staying in my home.
You don't need much of the liquid to have lots of lather in the hot water, just a quick squeeze of the bottle into the water and it is enough. Too much creates too many bubbles and it isn't needed, so this liquid does last for quite some time.
It has a nice apple smell to it, one that is quite nice and a strong smell of apples.Very pleasant smell indeed and not too much that it makes the dishes smell not so good. It is easy to rinse from dishes too.
When it comes to greasy plates or pans, it cuts into the grease well, it melts the grease in no time at all. Means because it cuts well into grease you don't have to keep on cleaning them for too long. It cleans all cutlery and anything you may need to wash in the sink. Good for cleaning pans and removes any burned on food. Just a simple soak in a solution of the liquid easily removes the food.
It removes germs very well, just in the same way as any other good brand of liquid to be honest but it still kills germs very well indeed. It does clean glasses very well and leaves them sparkling and gleaming.
The bubbles last for ages in the water, which is what I like about this liquid because if I have forgotten to wash a cup or glass and I haven't pulled the plug in the sink, it means I can still wash them if the water is still hot enough. The bubbles seem to be the same at least half a hour after I have squeezed it into the hot water, many longer than this amount of time, which shows how good a quality it actually is.
It is a gentle liquid and is good enough to keep the skin soft if you don't wear rubber gloves, I don't wear gloves and I haven't had any problems with it irritating my skin or the skin of my grandchildren.
I really do like this liquid and I think it is a good quality. For a 433ml bottle I paid just a £1 from my local shop. It is often on offer at supermarkets so it is worth waiting until you see an offer to buy this liquid.
I am pleased with the value for money it gives to clean dishes and I will keep buying it.
I rate it 5 stars.
Summary: A nice liquid.
