For me I just pour it under warm running water straight into my washing up bowl. I have found that you only need to use a really small amount to get a large amount of white bubbles! I think you actually get too many bubbles as it can then take most of the time rinsing the dishes, glasses etc off as you don't want them left with water marks. The aroma of li...more

Since doing my review on Tesco Washing Up Liquid I have since finished the bottle and reverted back to my old and loyal favourite, Fairy. Now even though I found Tesco washing up liquid to be really useful and effective I was recently in my local Wilkinsons where they had Fairy Pure Clean with Antibacterial Action washing up liquid on offer and not one to miss a bargain I bought a few bottles. There was a variety of different aromas but I opted for Lime and Lemongrass as I love sharp citrus scents. ** What Fairy Say ** "New Fairy Pure Clean with Antibacterial Actions has been specifically created to bring you the balance of Fairy Liquid's ...  Read the complete review

The times I have seen this washing up liquid but never tried it. I just had not got around to buying it for some reason. I do buy the cheaper brands of washing up liquid but I love the branded ones too and so do not know why this one I had not been tried before until recently. It comes in a clear plastic bottle with a flip lid, and for 433ml it was priced at just £1.50 for one or £2.50 for 2 because it was on special offer when I bought it from Asda but most supermarkets stock this one. The liquid is a very good texture, it is a smooth liquid, which is quite thick, it has a really nice fragrance that is not overpowering, I do not mind my liquids to have a ...  Read the complete review

I bought a couple of the Fairy antibacterial washing up liquids while they were on special offer. I usually use the regular Fairy and thought that ones with added antibacterial protection would be a bonus. After using the first one however (the grapefruit and garden mint) I was not impressed. I found that it was more watery than the original and that the cleaning power was not so good. Due to this, I wasn't really thrilled about the prospect of trying the lime and lemongrass version I'd bought at the same time. The product is like any other washing up liquid but has an anti-bacterial action to make it more hygienic. It also says that you can use it to ...  Read the complete review

I am a bargain hunter, more so recently since my cat is not too well and vet fees are quite high and so when I saw this liquid on special offer I bought 2 as it made sense for a well known brand and I bought them for only £1 for a 450ml bottle and I had never tried this one before and so thought I would give it a try as I love Fairy products as they are usually very good ones. It comes in a transparent plastic bottle which can be recycled and has a flip back top, and inside it is a lime green coloured thick liquid, the liquid is a very good quality and it pours beautifully from the bottle and only a small amount is needed with this one because it is quite ...  Read the complete review

Although we have a dishwasher it's fairly old now & I've found sometimes that it 'misses' some grease or 'bits' on the baking trays, crockery, cutlery etc which means I need to reach for my washing-up liquid & tackle by hand. I've used all sorts of liquids over the years ranging from the very cheap to the expensive & found varying results. Some of the cheaper brands have been watery & smelt nasty whilst others have either produced not enough/too many bubbles & left a residue behind despite thorough rinsing. I have to say that I've finally learned that it's no use skimping on washing-up liquid so I always buy Fairy now when I see ...  Read the complete review
