I hate having the scrub the toilet clean to rid limescale so I regularly treat our loo's to a squirt of toilet cleaner or bleach to keep on top of it and prevent limescale. The latest cleaner we have is the Bloo Super Fragrance toilet cleaner. This is the first bottle I've used as we are not brand loyal with loo cleaners so tend to try out whatever is on offer at the time.

The colour of this product is really eye catching and attractive, it's a really bright lime green colour as in the picture above so it's really stood out on the shelves in the supermarket. After seeing it was on offer for £1 into the trolley it went.

The bottle is clear plastic so there are no issues telling how much is left, the bottle doesn't state whether it is recyclable but I'll still put it in with my plastics as it's worth a try other than going into land fill! It's a 750ml bottle so it'll last approximately 10-15 applications depending on how generously you use the product. The top of the bottle is shaped as a curve so it's easier to get under the rim of the bowl in the harder to reach area. The cleaner coats the bowl in a lime green cleaner which scent smells very zingy lime as described on the front of the bottle. The scent doesn't stick around after you have flushed but I didn't expect that to be honest. The scent frommthe bottle is lovely, it does small like fresh limes and actually smells good enough to eat!

I like to apply the cleaner and leave it to do it's thing for as long as possible, ideally over an hour, this also let's the scent fill the bathroom. Once flushed, the cleaner foams up a bit and does leave the bowl nice and clean although I've never applied it to any stubborn limescale so cannot comment on the toughness of the cleaner.

Overall I would recommend this for both the scent and the way that frequent use can prevent limescale forming.
