This product may seem a little 1980's nonetheless, my kitchen cupboard is always kept stocked with a can.

Neutradol is a vac and clean carpet freshener. The can resembles a small Pringles tube but don't try and eat the contents! Each can contains 350g of Neutradol powder. To use you you sprinkle powder from the tube on to your carpet, leave it a few minutes then hoover it up.

I buy the super fresh fragrance which comes in a green tube. Neutradol also sell an original fragrance however I always find the super fresh in store you can pick this up from B&M's for 99p. I believe its also stocked in pound land if you prefer.

Neutradol vac n clean is marketed as a carpet odour destroyer but you can also use it in your bin to banish stinky whiffs. To use this in your bins you simply sprinkle some of the powder into your bin and it's odour destroying properties will start to work their magic.

Its got a strong smell and does smell a bit powdery but the scent is a clean one which certainly beats cigarette smoke or any other stinky whiffs in my book.

I use this each time I hoover. Once applied to your carpet the smell disperses so isn't overly powerful.

I find the clean fresh smell lingers for a few hours after hoovering leaving the room smelling like new. Be careful when sprinkling as the powder can come out very quickly just a light sprinkle is all that is needed.
This product does contain perfumes so be cautious if you suffer from allergies.

Being a smoker this product is now a must for me. This is far superior than the old shake and vac it doesn't try and mask smells it does destroy them and leaves behind a clean fresh scent. I would highly recommend if you are a smoker or well just a bit stinky.
