If you like industrial strength smelling pine toilet cleaner and disinfectant, then this is the product for you. Duck Power smells like the strongest smell of pine you could possibly imagine, it is incredibly concentrated and I need to open the bathroom window for a bit when I leave it in for the instructed hour before brushing.
The bottle contains 750ml of thick green liquid which you just squirt under the rim of the toilet bowl and then leave to do its work. After 60 minutes go back and give it a bit of a scrub and then flush and hey presto you got a clean loo and the smell has died down a bit too, which is an added bonus.
This costs £1 from Home Bargains but costs about 40p more from Tesco or Sainsbury's. The bottle is thick white plastic with a really good swan shaped neck which really does allow you to aim very well under the rim of the toilet where all the nasty scum and limescale hides.
It is excellent as removing and preventing limescale in my opinion, and does give the loo a freshness but at first the smell knocks you back a bit. Its advisable to wear gloves when you use this as it can be a bit harsh on the skin if it drips so be careful.
Its really good at eliminating odours and neutralising nasty smells, which is what you need in a loo product and its cheap enough and good if you are a strong pine fine.
The instructions recommend you use this about three times a week but I use it about once or twice. I also don't just leave it for the recommended hour, I tend to leave it overnight and close the bathroom door, and the following morning you don't need to scrub, just flush the loo and the job is done without any effort.
Good product I would recommend so long as you wear a peg on your nose.

i am not particularly very houseproud but one place i have always made sure is hygienically clean is the loo. Its the most used fixture in the bathroom and probably the most germ filled so is important to keep on top of. Over the years of being a mum i've used all the new toilet products but seem to settle mostly for using domestos and toilet duck.
This is supposably a new toilet duck 'power odour elimination' version of the toilet duck range but just seems to be a replacement for the old stansdard green toilet duck cleaner you used to see in shops. This bottle has basically had its bottle graphics changed though saying that i recognise it as a good loo cleaner because of the duck brand.
The bottle cost me £1 in sainsbury supposably on offer so don't know the normal retail price. The bottle is 750ml in size and gives all the instructions and precautions on the back of the bottle and claims to clean, freshen and kill 99.9% of germs. It comes in the standard toilet duck shape bottle with the kinked bottle neck to reace under the rim.
When i use this i normally just give it a squirt under the rim when i'm going out the door on the school run. This i find leaves the green liquid to freshen the loo and hopefully kill the germs. The liquid spreads down the entire bowl effectively, but perhaps too effecticely as i notice that it drips down especially poured under the rim of the loo, probably the place most commonly for germs, hence why i still use domestos in my loo at the weekend when i give the whole bathroom a thorough clean. I find domestos to cling to the bowl better, but for regular cleaning this product does whats needed and has a nicer fresher smell. It removes stains, but probably not as good as say harpic which i've used before but again this the best smelling loo cleaner i find on a regular cleaning basis. The harpic just seems to remove the stains better without scrubbing.
Overall this is a reliable convenient cleaner for the loo. Its does what i need from a loo cleaner. It smells nice, generally leaves the loo sparkling and kills germs. I will still use my domestos because i like the sense of total germ kill when giving the bathroom with domestos but this is still a good enough regular substitute.
