We seem to get through loads of kitchen roll during a month. We use it for a lot of things around the house so this pack from Tesco comes in really handy. It is priced at £1.25 for a pack of two rolls which is quite good value. When we do our monthly shop the bloke who delivers it always has to comment of the number of packs we have as there must be about 6 packs of it on the lorry. It is easy enough to bring in though, I just grab it out of the box and chuck it down the cellar to be put away later on, that's the good thing about having a cellar, plenty of storage space.


The rolls have quite a bit of kitchen towel on them. They are not as fat as some rolls you can buy but they do us. They are quite strong seeing as they are just the value range. They are plain to look at so if you'r not bothered about having little patterns on your kitchen roll then this does just fine.


The main uses for this in our household is for dusting and for the car. My other half usually takes a couple of packs straight out and leaves them in the boot of the car. He finds them brilliant for things like cleaning the car windscreen. He said that along with a bit of windowlene they come up a treat and don't leave any smears or bits all over the windows.


In doors we use them for dusting, our furniture down stairs in the front room and in the dining room is dark wood so the dust shows up quite quickly. These towels wipe it all off with a squirt of spray and again they don't leave little bits of paper fluff all over it either. We also use them on the tv and the glass tv shelves, they give a perfect result.


Another use we have for them is cleaning the floor, my other half (bless him) does this job as I can not bend down there to do it. He uses a trigger spray type of cleaner and wipes with the towels and they clean it fine. No messy buckets and mops laying around breeding germs.


If you spill something in the kitchen then these towels soak it up ok, so handy to have a roll out on the worktop on one of those holder things. It doesnt look cheap either, just like a plain kitchen towel.


I would recommend these towels if you are not a fussy person. They do the job and are a good value item.
