... it notes come in various sizes and colours however they were first made by 3M 25 years ago and were yellow and were three inches square - they were very novel - who would have thought that a three inch square would be soo useful however now i can t emagine not using them! I find that i have them everywhere and as a student i had them all over the place, in books to mark good chapters, on the fridge to let my housemate know that it was her turn to buy milk, now i have them all round my computer screen to let me know all of the things that i have yet to do! ... it notes are an essential part of any office stationary cupboard. They are generall small piceces of paper, all attached on a pad which allows you to stick the note on most surfaces. You can normally move the note around and it will continue to stick to any surface you choose to place it on. Post it notes come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours. 02woodc 3M Post-it Note Pads
... I bought them for around 2 pounds last year, and I have used about half of them. They can be useful for many things, and they mainly help with remembering things, whether you put it on the wall behind your computer or next to your mirror. Due to the smallsize of them you can note take for lectures on them, and use them for your shopping list. They can also be used to place marks in books, but 3M now sell specifc types for that job.
