Wilkinson Right Price Toilet Tissue ... money saving tactics include lowering brands that I use, this includes my loo roll! I have been using Sainsburys basics as well as Wilkinsons own brand, when in fact it is wilkinsons I prefer. It costs me 64p for 6 white loo rolls, the packaging has changed twice already and looking on the website it seems to have changed it s colour theme again. It once was bergundy, the packet I have is white and red and on the website it is a pale blue like the picture above but it does state on the packaging that it is Wilkinsons own. Tesco Value Toilet Tissue ... value loo roll is to be fair, cheap, and it does the job. But you can get so much more better for the same amount of money. Packaging- Clear plastic wrapping, always identifiable as the famous Teco Value brand with the bright red band to make it stand out from the rest!! Appearance- Very small and thin bright white toilet tissue. Texture- Pretty soft, not particularly rough but I ve had better!! Very thin to the touch. Usage- I reckon this is the one of the types of toilet tissues that you have to scrunch rather than fold as you would need a wad of about 20 sheets for any kind of folding effectiveness, this is a scrunch and go product, you need to use loads due ... Tesco Value Toilet Tissue ... part of my money saving mission, I m trying a lot of own brand or value product when shopping. Normally I go to Home Bargains for toilet tissue but in the interest of research I thought I d give the Tesco Value brand a go. PACKAGING Like all Tesco value branded products, the packaging is very plain. Clear plastic with and red stripe and the Value logo. No matter what anybody says, it does look cheap. THE TISSUE.... Well, I ll not be buying this again. It was thin, scratchy and not very absorbant. It reminded me of a slightly upgraded version of school toilet tissue.
