I used Ace Bleach when it very first came out. I am not normally swayed by silly Adverts (they are do not try and say that they are not.) It is gentle bleach. There can be nothing gentle about bleach. I should know. I ruined a pair of trousers by pouring bleach on to my patio to clean the stones of and it splashed up and took the colour out of my grey trouser. Now I just wear them for messing about at home. And I managed to ruin a disk cloth by soaking it to too long in bleach and it fell apart in my hand. So when I heard about Ace I though brill a bleach that will not eat my clothes. The bottle is a nice green colour. There is not too much of a smell if I remember. I had spilt ink on a pillowcase (don?t ask I could never work out how I did it) I poured some on and rubbed it in to the big black ink stain. I was not to worried if it took a little bit of colour out. But did not want to burn a hole in it. And I did not want to use a stain devil. They are brilliant but cost a bomb for a small bottle. And if you want to get high quick and cheaply that is your product to chose. Back to the story after putting the Ace on I chucked it in the washing machine and washed it. When I pulled the pillowcase out it still had a big black spot on it. It seemed to be on lighter. I then gave up on ace. So I do not know if it has got any better. The spot has faded but that is due to the fact that it has been washed so many time in a washing powder for whites and that they are about 5 years old and I am too mean to go and buy new ones. As they still fit and look only a little bit faded.
