Air Wick Crystal' Air

I love these Crystal'Air thingies, they're great, I always have a few dotted around the house. They cost around £1 - £1.50 depending where you get them from. Air Wick say that thanks to it's exclusive technology, Crystal'Air gives you 4 weeks of constant and effective fragrance. Apparently it's so effective because it draws it's scent from the gel, and as it does so the gel will shrink, so you can see when it's time to replace it. Unlike traditional gels, this contains 80% perfume, enabling it to add fragrance to any rooms in your home, even the largest. I do like these Airwick Crystal Air fresheners but I am not sure just how good they are. In theory the only effort on your part is buying them, opening one up, deciding where to place it and forgetting about it for four weeks. The photograph above shows what they look like when you purchase them. You tear away the carboard and inside of the plastic middle is the glass container of Crystal Air gel. This is one of my firm favourite Air Fresheners. You can pick these up relatively cheap I believe the RRP is about £2.50 - £3. If you shop around, Wilkinson's, Home Bargains, etc tend to have them on offer regularly and last week I managed to pick up my favourite fragrance for only 99p! I like the Mulled Wine and Spice Apple fragrance, it is really festive and really welcoming when you come in from work. The Lavender and Gardenia is also nice, but it could be overpowering if you don't like lavender. Any house is going to have a few smells every so often - In my home, its a combination of smoking, pet smells, and cooking smells . I do like my house to smell nice, and do try to cover up the smells or get rid of them as much as I can . I do like a nice smelling house but am not keen on using too many aerosol air freshners as I find that most of them don't have a particularly nice perfume. I particularly like my downstairs cloakroom to smell nice as it is the right near the front door in a small lobby where cooking smells can become trapped. I find that Airwick Crystal does a great job in giving a very pleasant continuous perfume over about 4 weeks.
