      Advantages

      Disadvantages

      Eliminates odours.

I have pets and for that reason my home sometimes has that pet smell when I arrive home, I hate the pet smell and so I buy air fresheners just to help the rooms smell a little better. Usually when I arrive home after I have been out for a full day open the windows to allow natural air to enter my rooms for half a hour or so. The air fresheners are just a quick fix to use just to freshen them a little. The one I am reviewing is the Sweet Pea.

This air freshener comes housed in a tall can, it has one of those inverted nozzles and so no top to lose. It looks quite attractive looking with flower pictures on the can. The nozzle isn't difficult to press. After the first time it has been pressed it becomes less difficult to press, the first time isn't hard but you just need to press it a little harder just to start its process.

It sprays a really fine, even mist into the air, it isn't a heavy spray and doesn't drip from the can. The mist is so fine it just floats in the air and settles down nicely on surfaces and doesn't wet them.

It has a really nice flowery smell to it and like smelling fresh flowers with a little sweet smell to it, does also have an added perfume kind of smell to it too, of which is fairly strong, the flower smell and the perfume one give this spray a blend of a nice fragrance. It helps eliminate odours in the rooms and removes those nasty cooking smell. When I have cooked fish or a curry, this spray works very well indeed to help mask those cooking smells. Just a quick spray into the air and in a few minutes or so the smell in the rooms smell a lot better.

For anyone who has pets will know what the smell can be like when we arrive home. I don't like my home to smell of pet odours and I don't like visitors to smell it and so when I am expecting some visitors, I just get out this spray and give it a spray in the main entrance and the lounge.

You only need to press it for a couple of seconds in each room to make it smell nicer, using too much isn't necessary with this spray because it is of a good quality.

For a 240ml can it only cost me £1, for this price I couldn't pass it buy and it went straight into my trolley. I have bought this brand lots of times and knew it was a good quality spray for my home.

I recommend this brand and this choice of fragrance to anyone who wants to buy a nice fresh smelling air spray. This one gives all of my rooms a nice smell of the fresh countryside kind of smell, is a nice and pleasant smell when I enter the rooms in my home and I will buy this fragranced spray again.

I rate this spray 5 stars.

a flowery aerosol by Air Wick

My room spray was running out and I hadn't been keen on the previous scent I had picked up and so this time I was wanting something a bit different. I had tried a Tesco own range aerosol before but as good as it was, the lemon scent was a bit too overpowering and so I wanted a whole new brand. Looking on the shelves at Tesco I had come across this Air Wick aerosol spray which was a scent I hadn't seen before and it was on a good promotion and so I decided after spraying it that I liked it and it was the one for me.

        APPEARANCE

This comes in a tall aerosol can with a pink lid and the lid has a button which is lightly pushed down to release the spray. The design matches the scent as it is called Pink Sweet Pea and being part of the Colours of Nature range it is pictures of pink flower petals and in a green swirl is the Air Wick logo. It has a 100% powered naturally stamp on the front and this spray holds 240ml. It has a list of warnings and safety information on the side of the can and it looks very colourful which is what stood out to me.

AIR WICK PINK SWEET PEA SPRAY

This spray comes with a few warnings before using it, it is worth a read. This spray should be kept out of reach of children and if swallowed, seek medical advice and do not breathe in. Keep away from sunlight and temperatures higher than 50 degrees Celsius and do not spray directly onto faces. If you suffer from perfume sensitivity it does warn to be careful when using this, other than that, you are good to start using this spray. This spray is powered by fresh air and not butane like most aerosols and so it gives a cleaner scent and more of a mist.

The scent is pink sweet pea and they describe it as being floral with hints of fresh melon and raspberries. This is slightly fruity and it does have a heavy floral scent, it is very feminine to me and not my usual kind of scent as I do like sweet but this is nice and fresh. The scent is almost soapy and it does eliminate odours very well as the scent is not one that is easily faded but stays around for a while, this is good. I find you don't need to spray too much of this for it to do the job and keep the room smelling fresh.

I find when spraying this that it is very easy to use this can as you only need to lightly press and it comes out of the side and it is a mist effect so just a quick turn around and it will spread. Usually when I spray this, I will go back into the room a few hours later and I can still smell this fresh blossom scent which really is very nice, it comes out at the right pressure and not too much and the smell fades slightly but still smells nice. This may not be everyones cup of tea though with it being a feminine scent.

This is one of my first Air Wick aerosols purchased in a while and I am pleased, it eliminates odours, keeps its scent and is high quality as you don't need to use too much for it to take effect. I like this scent and would definitely buy it again, the fact that you don't need to use much means the 240ml will last you a good while as my can is still full after using it for a couple of months. This is worth paying for the non offer price as Air Wick are a reliable brand and you can count on them to work.

        COST

This 240ml spray can be purchased in all supermarkets and it costs £1.22 on Tesco.com but I got it for £1 which was still a great deal but at full price it's not much more.
