Airwick Pink Sweet Pea Spray
Advantages: smells nice, eliminates odours
My room spray was running out and I hadn't been keen on the previous scent I had picked up and so this time I was wanting something a bit different. I had tried a Tesco own range aerosol before but as good as it was, the lemon scent was a bit too overpowering and so I wanted a whole new brand. Looking on the shelves at Tesco I had come across this Air Wick aerosol spray which was a scent I hadn't seen before and it was on a good promotion and so I decided after spraying it that I liked it and it was the one for me.
This comes in a tall aerosol can with a pink lid and the lid has a button which is lightly pushed down to release the spray. The design matches the scent as it is called Pink Sweet Pea and being part of the Colours of Nature range it is pictures of pink flower petals and in a green swirl is the Air Wick logo. It has a 100% powered naturally stamp on the front and this spray holds 240ml. It has a list of warnings and safety information on the side of the can and it looks very colourful which is what stood out to me.
AIR WICK PINK SWEET PEA SPRAY
This spray comes with a few warnings before using it, it is worth a read. This spray should be kept out of reach of children and if swallowed, seek medical advice and do not breathe in. Keep away from sunlight and temperatures higher than 50 degrees Celsius and do not spray directly onto faces. If you suffer from perfume sensitivity it does warn to be careful when using this, other than that, you are good to start using this spray. This spray is powered by fresh air and not butane like most aerosols and so it gives a cleaner scent and more of a mist.
The scent is pink sweet pea and they describe it as being floral with hints of fresh melon and raspberries. This is slightly fruity and it does have a heavy floral scent, it is very feminine to me and not my usual kind of scent as I do like sweet but this is nice and fresh. The scent is almost soapy and it does eliminate odours very well as the scent is not one that is easily faded but stays around for a while, this is good. I find you don't need to spray too much of this for it to do the job and keep the room smelling fresh.
I find when spraying this that it is very easy to use this can as you only need to lightly press and it comes out of the side and it is a mist effect so just a quick turn around and it will spread. Usually when I spray this, I will go back into the room a few hours later and I can still smell this fresh blossom scent which really is very nice, it comes out at the right pressure and not too much and the smell fades slightly but still smells nice. This may not be everyones cup of tea though with it being a feminine scent.
This is one of my first Air Wick aerosols purchased in a while and I am pleased, it eliminates odours, keeps its scent and is high quality as you don't need to use too much for it to take effect. I like this scent and would definitely buy it again, the fact that you don't need to use much means the 240ml will last you a good while as my can is still full after using it for a couple of months. This is worth paying for the non offer price as Air Wick are a reliable brand and you can count on them to work.
This 240ml spray can be purchased in all supermarkets and it costs £1.22 on Tesco.com but I got it for £1 which was still a great deal but at full price it's not much more.
