Having also tried many of the different powders and liquids on the market, i have found this to be the best value for money. You seem to get more for your money and it certainly lasts longer than most of the smaller sized bottles. The major thing though is that it does clean the dishes really well, which is after all the major reason why you buy it. I would certainly recommend it to a friend as great value for money The only down side to it is that they don't sell a liquid as like all dishwasher powders occasionally they collect in the place where you put them and don't get absorbed into the machine, so you have to clean out the powder box, before you cna put more in.

Having tried various different types of dishwasher powder, tablets and liquids I can honestly say that I have now found one that I will stick with. It is Aldis own brand. It costs £2.99 for a large plastic container full. I would estimate that it will last for about 60 washes, possibly even more. My dishes and cutlery are cleaner and shinier than ever before. I have tried the other more well known brands - including ones with the powerball tabs, but for me the Aldis own powder produced far better results. At a fraction of the cost of most others, it's worth making a special trip for and stocking up with.
