The 3 brands I switch between are Andrex, Asda's and Charmin. Would I stay loyal to 1 brand? No, unless there was a permanent great offer on 1 of the brand named giants. I choose Andrex over the rest, but find the normal price of this pretty dear.

There's not a huge amount I think you can say about toilet rolls. With Andrex you get approx 220 sheets of toilet paper per roll. You can choose a few different colours such as White, Peach, Blue, Mint Green and Cream. There is also White paper with the imprints of Puppies on it - we all know what happens with toilet roll. I don't need any fancy patterns on mine thank you.

I always buy the biggest sized pack I can when getting this, as you get the best deal usually. The packs are

2 rolls - approx £1.20
4 rolls - approx £2.00
9 rolls - approx £4.30

Now and again I see 12 roll pack in the shops. After all all other brands seem to have them in this size, not sure why Andrex don't. Anyway my local Asda is selling a 12 roll pack for £4, so I stocked up on a couple packs. They are marketed as a value pack, and I guess price wise they are, since Asda's Shades in 12 rolls is a standard £4.40. I've only seen the 12 rolls in white, but I buy in white anyway. Some people say the females can get discomfort "down below" from using coloured toilet rolls, even though thr colouring doesn't look strong, anyway I use white.

So how does this compare? It is alright. the sheets are strong and do the job they are meant to, not much else I can say.

A good product. A bit expensive on the full price and i've never bought at the right price, hence why I either swap back to Charmin, which tends to sell in Asda at £1 a 4 pack now and again, or go back to Asda's own make.
