Due to my poor health and mobility problems there are a lot of times where I am unable to do much in the way of running my household. At these times these responsibilities fall on the shoulders of my other half, who not only works very hard to support us financially, but is my carer. The boy deserves a medal at times! One such ... Andrex with Shea Butter I usually just buy the bog standard (no pun intended - honest!) toilet roll such as supermarkets own brand but my other half bought some of this recently and we are converts. The description below is taken from their website; Offering a multi-sensory experience, this luxurious new toilet tissue has ... Read the complete review

No matter how much you try and save money on the things you buy, toilet tissue is one thing you cannot cut back on, it has to be quality over quantity when it comes to toilet tissue. For me the only quality toilet tissue available is Andrex, it just cannot be beaten. Andrex comes in many different varieties and the one I usually buy is ... Read the complete review

Comparing the price of Andrex toilet tissue to Charmin or supermarket own brands it appears to be more expensive. Is is worth it? Yes, but only when offered for less than RRP - buy two for 3.50 or 9 pack for 4 pounds only. Rolls come in the large plastic ( recyclable ) packaging. Usually I get 220 sheets of toilet tissue per roll. ... Read the complete review

Andex Toilet tissue comes in a variety of colours to match your bathroom decor, we usually get the white. It is the toilet tissue of choice in our house. This is more force of habit than anything else really. It is easy to get caught up in the advertising, with Andrex. On occasion, we buy other brands such as Charmin, Nouvelle or ... I recently bought Andrex with Aloe Vera, they disintegrate immediately they contact wetness (not good) and have no strength, fingers go straight through (even worse). Very disappointing and a waste of good money because we bought rather a large pack. We have used Andrex for a very long time and obviously are especially pleased when the 12 packs are on special offer, that's a good time to try and stock up - but I can't use these.

In a credit crunch everyone is talking about "dropping a brand" and the "downshift challenge". I've tried tesco value toilet roll and can confirm that no-one beats Andrex for comfort and quality! Andrex have wonderful adverts which make us all go aaawww. But its true there is no use in scrimping and saving on your ... Read the complete review

Toilet rolls are something that every household needs and mine is no different! I picked up 9 rolls of this Andrex toilet tissue for £4.82 from tesco.com and although this is a little expensive I wanted to buy something a little more luxurious. The packaging is fairly simple, it is just blue celophane with a picture of a ... Read the complete review

Andrex toilet tissue has been around for as long as I can remember and the overall quality of the product will ensure that it will remain a favourite with many of us. I switch different brands (depending on which of my favourites might be on offer) and at the moment, Andrex has 3 rolls free with a pack of 9. We seem to get through an inordinate ... Be Kind To Your Behind Lets face it most of us tend not to discuss the type of toilet tissue that we use well it is a private matter after all, however after spotting this item in Morrisons the other day I just felt that I had to write a review to highlight how wonderful I think it is. I have always used Andrex toilet tissue favouring ... Read the complete review

Andrex, it makes toilet paper, yes pape for you to use while on the toilet, and I don't mean the type you read. We all use toilet paper in our daily lives, at work we go in and they have that thin stuff because of how cheap it is, what the employer doesn;t realise is you fold it up so it is 5 times as thick before you use it, so in ... Aloe Vera -12 for the price of 9.
Don't bother. Very poor quality , thin, slippery & non effective.
I can honestly say I won't ever buy this product again. A total waste of money.
I will stick to Charmin in future. Bye bye Andrex.

The 3 brands I switch between are Andrex, Asda's and Charmin. Would I stay loyal to 1 brand? No, unless there was a permanent great offer on 1 of the brand named giants. I choose Andrex over the rest, but find the normal price of this pretty dear. There's not a huge amount I think you can say about toilet rolls. With Andrex you get ... Read the complete review

At the moment there is a heated debate going on in our house, I say Andrex and the look on hubby`s face says it all. Last week we went into our local `Instore`, we often find some very good bargains in there. Can you please tell me if ANYONE in the management actually uses the toilet roll they produce? The quality is now so very poor, I think you should really spend more time concentrating on customer opinions, as everyone I have spoken too recently is of the same opinion' RUBBISH'. Instead of all the money spent on promoting the 'andrex PUPPY' use it to pay off the quality control team and re-staff.

I have used Andrex for over forty years and used to consider it the 'premium' toilet tissue but sadly they seem to have changed their winning formula and it is now very thin, meaning that one uses twice as much as in the past. I'm going to break the habit of a lifetime and change to supermarket 'own brand'.

I first came across andrex toilet roll when I was a young child, there was a poster of one of the andrew puppies on my wall pulling the toilet roll around the room. So what did I do? There is one product that all of us buys-toilet rolls! I have been writing about some cheaper alternative products our family have been buying lately in a bid to cut down our growing food bill.
