Advantages: smell, lasting fragrence

Disadvantages: none!

Asda, as you probably know from their advertising like to tell us that they are constantly "Rolling back prices" and for this review Im going to focus on an absolute bargain that we use round the house that only costs 19p...

Asdas Cottonflower & Waterlilly Air Freshner...

19p? Must be rubbish! I hear you exclaim, well, no actually, for 19 shiny new pennies you can freshen every room and leave a nice lingering smell that lasts for quite a while.

Coming in an attractively designed pale blue cannister with delicate illustrations of waterlilies on the front the Asda brand name and item description are depicted in white no nonsense lettering.

Now admittedly I dont go around smelling waterlillies or cottonflower so cant say with confidence that this is what the air freshner actually smells of but Asda describe it as "The crisp fresh fragrence of cool waterlillies makes this fragrence perfect for neutralising unwanted odours to leave a pleasant scent through your home"

Not being able to verify the scent aside, I can say that the smell is indeed refreshing, it isnt a strong "in your face" smell and isnt overly perfumed like some brands which seem to attack your senses. Its a simple, attractive fragrence which does exactly what it claims to.

We use this product everyday and its especially useful for getting rid of cooking smells or if the dog comes in wet the obvious "doggy" smells. It has replaced the more expensive brand names that we used in the past and is definitely recommened to anyone.

The usual safety instructions are printed on the back of the can, but Im going to assume that you know not to spray directly onto pets and children (as tempting that might be) and obviously you shouldnt smoke whilst spraying, so I wont repeat them all here.

The product used to be priced at 58p and knowing Asda and their roll backs it might end up rolling back up to that price, but at the moment it is, like I say 19p so stock up whilst you can!

For me its a great bargain, which actually does do what it says on the tin. 5/5 from me I cant fault it at all...

Summary: thanks for reading!
