If you're using it a lot, it may well be worth going for a scented one, as my bathroom smells pretty strongly when we've used this. I quite like it myself, as it makes me think everything is clean! The bleach kills all germs (I think they say 99% to be safe), but it's ideal for cleaning the loo, the sink, and maybe the bath. It gets the grime off the tiles, but make sure you rinse it for ages before using it again! The consistency is watery...more

This is now the cheap Asda bleach, which costs around 20p for a litre bottle. My wife is a great believer in buying snazzy looking and smelling bleach, whereas I think if there's one thing where cheap is fine, it's this! This isn't scented at all, but just smells like bleach. It's an easy to notice smell, very strong and overpowering in a small bathroom at times. This product has been known as Asda Smart Price Bleach, since all the Farm Stores products were rebranded a few years ago. It is still the same product (I think) at the same great price. Unfortunately there is only so much you can write about bleach! This Bleach is sold in 1 litre bottles and costs a bargain 15p. I'm sure you get the 2 litre bottles for 30p, but have not seen these for a while, then again in my local Asda they are usually out of stock of a lot of things. The bottle is quite a thick plastic and it white with black writing on the bottle. The packaging is pretty plain, but Bleach bottles don't have to be that fancy. Also for the price I wouldn't ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Asda Farm Store Bleach: Cheap and cheerful (227 words)

I used to use this product a lot, but now I use other things. However I always have a bottle in the cupboard to use for down the plugholes. I used to use this in the cistern, so it cleaned out the toilet when I flushed it. I use thick stuff around the toilet rim, but since this is thin bleach I just used it mostly to flush out the toilet. The best part is it only costs 15p a litre. I feel it does a great job as well. The toilet was shiny and the smell of the bleach was certainly there, but it wasn't too overpowering. Thesedays I use Bloo tablets in the cistern and my thick bleach around the rim, and also an ambi pure so I don't use it ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review bleach where you reach (158 words)

Farm stores bleach is excellent value for money. Although very thin it does what it says on the bottle. I use a different bleach for the toilet rim but this is handy for pouring into the cistern or directly into the bowl before going out or last thing at night. It doesn't have a directable jet to aim. I also use it for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors, the flags outside and the grids. My four kids play rugby and if they have worn anything white, especially their socks, I just pour half a bottle of this bleach into a large bucket and fill with water then add the clothes. After a couple of hours even the grubbiest ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Asda Farm Store Bleach: Cheap And Useful (133 words)

This bleach is pretty good for the price! It is 15p for a litre bottle. I wouldn't expect miracles off this but it is great for the money. It is thin Bleach. We tend to use this for putting down the plugholes and putting in the cistern for to give the toilet a quick clean out. I use thicker Bleach for to put round the rim but I find when the toilet has been flushed out with this product it is easier to clean. I don't see the point of spending a lot of money on Bleach like this and now I have found this product I don't have to. A great buy and does a great job! ...  Read the complete review
