Advantages: Cheap and does the job it's designed for

Disadvantages: None

used the Asda non-biological washing tablets, as my daughter has very sensitive skin and many of the other washing tablets make her come out in rash. Apart from that it is much cheaper than the branded names.

Unlike some sensitive nonbiological washing powders the Asda sensitive has a small amount of perfume in it, however this perfume does not seem to affect my daughter's skin at all.

The tablets come in individually wrapped packets of two tablets, this can sometimes be a bit irritating as if you were only doing a half load you only actually need one tablet. So you had to leave the other tablet half wrapped in cellophane, in the box, if you live in a damp house then you may find that if you don't use the tablet quickly in of it will get damp and become very hard and useless.

For a normal load two tablets is the right amount, and because they are pre-wrapped it saves having to mess about with measuring cups which always managed to go missing in this house. The Asda nonbiological tablets begin to dissolve as soon as the water hits them, being a nosy person I opened the drawer while washer was filling in order to check that the tablets were doing as they were supposed to. These tablets work as well at low temperatures as they do at high temperatures, although I never wash at less than 40° because personally I don't believe the claims on the likes of Aerial due to the fact I have used their product at 40° and is still hasn't managed to clean my clothes properly, so I can't see how it would work at 30°.

Although there is a slight bit of a perfume I can't say that I really notice it, the clothes smell fresh but they don't have a particular scent to them.

If you don't like ironing then I would recommend using a separate conditioner with these tablets, otherwise you'll find that the clothes come out of the washing machine rather creased, meaning you'll be spending far more time at the ironing board then you need to.

Currently these tablets are £2.68 is for 36 tablets, which makes them far better value than Fairy non-bio which cost £3.86 for only 30 tablets.
