It claimed to be 'Ylang Ylang and Rose' - personally, I have no idea what a Ylang Ylang might be, or what it should smell like, but the rose scent was most definately present and correct . When I buy loo roll, I'm really not too fussy . I'm loyal to no brand, and frankly I don't care what colour it is, whether it has puppies printed on it, or whether is had pretty embossing. Its for one purpose and one purpose only - bum wiping. Those pretty patterns aren't going to look so good when its used, after all . So, I was a bit dubious about buying scented loo roll, but, It seemed like a fun idea, and at £1.69 for 4 rolls, it wasn't too pricey . However, I still had some mild concerns - namely that putting perfumed products on delicate lady areas often tends not to be a good idea . When buying toilet tissue I almost always go with a well known brand and most often it will be Andrex but on a recent trip to Asda I decided to give Asdas own brand (shades a try). Asda shades I soon noticed had a scented version which would also keep the bathroom smelling fresh so those are the ones I tried. The paper itself is not scented so no need to worry that you are going to have a botty smelling of flowers, it is the cardboard core that has the scent on it and it is just enough to give off a little freshness to a room in the house that does not always smell its best.
