Last time I was shopping in Asda I bought a big pack of 24 of their own brand toilet rolls. That seems like ages ago, and we still haven't run out. I don't see the point in spending over the odds for things that are going to end up being disposed of, however I find some of the lower supermarket brands are poor quality and a false ... I'm not loyal to any paticular brand of toilet roll but seeing as I do the majority of my shopping at Asda, I use this brand quite often as they're quite cheap and pretty good. The toilet rolls come in a a plasticy wrapper keeping them together. The Shades logo is on the front in big letters with the Asda logo just above. ... Read the complete review

On a visit to Asda I bought these toilet rolls because they were cheap to buy and the amount in the pack I thought was quite a lot. I buy lots of toilet rolls because I have a lot of grandchildren who visit and come to stay at my home all the time. The toilet rolls come housed in a plastic wrapper and there are 12 toilet ... When it comes to toilet roll over the past few weeks I have become a creature of habit. Until this past year I always bought myself the cheapest and most economy toilet tissue I could find really hating having to pay for it and resenting it a bit even! Then my mate bought me some Andrex toilet rolls and started telling me to stop being a ... Read the complete review

I shop in a variety of stores and supermarkets, but for the most part I do my household grocery shopping online at Asda (at www.asda.com). It was during a rather large grocery shop earlier this year that I decided to try out their own-branded toilet roll, finding the large packs offering excellent value for money that was just too good ... After using a budget branded toilet tisuue for quite some time now, i have had to find an alternative that offers not neccessarily more for less more money, but just more in general, as my daughter seems to be hell bent on using at least a roll a day just for herself! After a quick look to see what else was available within my ... Read the complete review

I almost always buy Andrex for our bathroom. I will occasionally go for Velvet or maybe even Cushelle but Andrex is my favourite. A few weeks ago me and my partner went to do a big shop from Asda. One thing we needed was toilet roll but non of the branded items were on offer and I refuse to pay full price when it can be found more often ... Read the complete review

---Intro--- I have never felt the urge to review toilet paper prior to now, but having just been made redundant from my dream job, I am spending many of my hours job searching (there really isn't much out there) - and while having a break, rather than succumbing to the mind-numbing daytime TV, I thought it would be more constructive ... When it comes to toilet rolls I always used to buy one of the leading brands because they were softer and stronger but recently I have had to economise on all sorts of things and this is one of them. I am equally likely to shop at Asda or Tesco and so would buy a large pack of their own brand toilet rolls when needed - ... Read the complete review

Whenever shopping for toilet roll I never want to spend to much and so I will usually go for asda's own version (although not the value type as this can be a bit thin!). I find that shades is a good middle of the range toilet roll. I always find that even the packaging of this toilet roll makes you think of it as being soft ... Read the complete review

I rarely shop at Asda because the nearest one to me is over 30 miles away so when I do it's always online. Having a sprained ankle right now I struggle with the trolley when I go to the supermarket so decided to shop online at Asda instead. Toilet roll isn't something I usually buy cheaper brands on but the Asda Shades toilet roll was ... Read the complete review

Toilet paper is a necessity for each of us and the range offered can be quite confusing sometimes often taking up a whole aisle in the supermarket just for this one product! Personally I usually choose this, ASDA shades quite simply because it's a fairly decent middle of the range choice; not so cheap that it actually feels like paper, ... Read the complete review
